I worked with Dr Bierbaum and Dr Bove' in 1999 and 2000. Dr Cole was one of the best Doctors I have ever worked with. However, I left the veterinary field after a co-worker and I took Dr Bove' up against the board in 2000. I saw a lot of unethical practices and did not feel right about what happened in the clinic, they just slapped her hand. I know I did the right thing I had previous vets I had worked for stand behind me and my complaint. I just wished The Board could have seen through her lies. It could have saved a lot of animals lives and a lot of heart ache for the owners. more

Having lived in Maumelle for nearly 12 yrs.,and being a pet owner and in the animal service industry myself, it is my job to be informed about the quality of services in my area. I cannot even believe PetStop is still ALLOWED to be in business. About the only service I would even conceive of using from this clinic would be euthanasia and basic shots. Please, before you even consider using this clinic, talk with some of the owners of the pets who have suffered needlessly in the care of this clinic. There are plenty! You would be well informed to check with the licensing board!!!! Take it from someone in the local "loop" more

WE LOVE PETSTOP!! 4/12/2006

As is obvious from my other reviews, I run Arkansas Labrador Rescue. PetStop is amazing. Their prices are half of the other vet in town, the service is great, I always see the same vet techs in there when I go in, and they know me as "Ace's Mom." It's nice to have a vet who knows you and your animals right away. They've done Ace's neuter, our cat's grooming and deworming, and I've boarded Ace there a few times as well. They're very knowledgable and caring about all my animals, and their prices are reasonable which is important to our foster dogs to keep costs down. I highly recommend both vets at PetStop. more
