Perry's Emporium

I went to Perry to sell a wedding ring that had a value well over 800.00 They told me my ring was only worth 120.00. The diamonds were too small..telling me he couldn't sell the ring and would just melt it down. He was so condescending, I couldn't wait to get out of the store. I went in there to purchase 2 rings but didn't even make it to that point after the treatment I got. I will never go there again. more

I took a pair of diamond earrings into Perry's to sell, since they buy gold and unwanted jewerly. they claim to give the "highest" prices which is a COMPLETE LIE! They offered me $80 dollars for my diamond earrings, when I paid over $1,000.00 dollars for them! They said and I quote " the diamonds aren't worth anything, we will just throw them away. The 18k gold around the diamonds is worth $80 dollars" REALLY!?! I walked out of Perry's SO mad! I went straight to the Ivy Cottage, consigned my earrings w/ them. Not even 2 weeks later I received a call from the Ivy Cottage saying my earrings had sold and I could pick up my check. They sold for a little over $900 dollars! Perry's is a scam, they are very dishonest and will take advantage of you any chance they get. more

Rude, rude, rude. Do yourself a favor and just stay away. Anyways the place feels cheap. You can always tell a quality store by the watch lines they carry. Perry's doesn't carry any high-end lines. Mediocre at best. more

Stay away unless you like humiliation, rudeness and being accused of having stolen jewelry. I smell a scam. more

Stopped by today to have a small repair done to a piece of jewelry my wife wanted to wear for the holidays and to talk about purchasing jewelry had seen a few months ago. I was told "we are not accepting repairs until after christmas". My reply: "Why would I want to buy from a company that won't sevice the product in a timely manner" only drew a blank stare from the woman at the front desk.I left. Perry puts alot into advertising but perhaps he should get basic customer service down first. Will never shp there again. Have been searching for a good jeweler since moving to the area 5 years ago. Any suggestions? more

Mr. Perry is not an honest man. We traveled a great distance after speaking with him by phone. The product was perfect, yet Mr. Perry lied to us several times, and we decided to shop around. We may have paid a little more, yet we were uncomfortable working with Mr. Perry. more

This is a fantastic place to buy your jewelry especially if you want the personal touch. Their customer service is excellent ,and they have a very good selection of jewelry and can do your ring sizing and jewelry repair as well. They offer fast service as well. I would love to shop here many more times. more
