! star for them not killing me.\r \r ive had 2 tire blow outs one 2 brand new sets of wheels. weather not the problem lies in their installation i have much more to complain about\r \r customer service SUCKS. \r \r each time i went to mount a new set of wheels they kept my car for 2 days each.\r \r i went in once to mount a 19'' rim and tire and it took over 2 hours when there were 2 tire techs and no other customer \r \r That scratched my wheel \r \r very unprofessional and slow\r \r Now that ive found placed that mount 18+ inch rims i will never ever use pep boys\r \r I recommend you go to Germantown Tire and auto on airpark Dr.\r and if not them then go to great senica sunoco of great senica\r \r Advanced auto parts has better prices on in-store items off the bat and their kind enough to offer me a military discount more

SOme nice deals. Costumer service sucked. One guy didnt now what mm (millimetre) meant. Could not give straight answers. Been to the pep boys in pa and they were great! more

I use to work for them. Some of the staff is still there. I highly\r recommend Shawn, If you need repairs on your cars. They can and will find the parts you need for your car if they don't have it stock. I feel better walking into store were the same people I know 5 years back are still there. more
