Penny's shop is clean and she treats the dogs as though they were her own. I've been taking 2 dogs to her for about 2 years now and have always been impressed. She's excellent at grooming and competitive at pricing! She makes sure before you drop your dog off that you know exactly how your dog is going to look when you pick it up which is very appreciated. I highly recommend her!
