What -- Amazing Service from an Auto Dealership??? 6/12/2011

Today I bought a used vehicle for my son from Peninsula Infiniti. This was a no-nonsense sale. Our sales person was Samuel Wong. What he told me about the vehicle over the telephone (before I opted to drive there) was right on the money. In other words, there were no surprises when we arrived. This was right down to the price of the vehicle. \r \r We took the vehicle for a test drive and ultimately we decided it was the vehicle to purchase.\r \r There was no haggling, no high pressure, nothing like I've come to expect from other dealerships. You know that bad taste that's left in your mouth from most dealerships you visit? Not here -- no way!\r \r The paperwork was prepared and signed, and payment was completed. Austin helped us with this. Another very professional representative of this dealership. \r \r I highly recommend this dealership because of the professionalism that was exhibited from beginning to end. Who knows -- I may be shopping for a new car myself, and I know where I'll be heading. \r \r \r \r \r \r more

Best Infinity dealer by far 3/28/2011

We own two Infinity's. One of them is an older 2003 G35 that I've been keeping around for our kids when they come back from college. Until recently, I've been taking it to the dealer close to my work in San Jose. They did a fine job maintaining it but it just wasn't a real luxury experience. When I first came to Peninsula Infinity, the service rep came out to the driveway and greeted me by name even though it was my first time there- nice touch. (I am guessing they matched up my appt. time with the vin description on their record) He knew what I was there for and had all the paperwork done ahead of time. I was in and out in ten mights with an almost new G37 to drive for a day as a loaner. When I got back to pick up the car, I noticed they even replaced a burnt out dome light bulb for me without me even telling them about it. And get his.. it was at no charge! Needless to say, I am coming here for service from now on. more

Peninsula Infinity - great cars, great service, great staff 3/21/2011

I just leased my third Infinity from Peninsula Infinity. What impressed me is the same staff is there from the first time I went to Peninsula Infinity, years ago. The staff remembered me, were very helpful, including Keith, a salesman, Jeff and Austin, sales managers and Brian, our service consultant. They gave me options regarding the purchase of my leased car and the lease of a new car. Turns out, I leased a new Infinity G37. There was no pressure, no hassle. The paperwork was painless. The service department is top notch. Just a great place to buy or lease and car and a service team you can trust. more

Peninsula Infinity - kudos to Sales & Service Departments 3/20/2011

For the past two years we've had our Infinity G35x serviced at Peninsula Infinity. Bob Anderson, their service manager, has done an excellent job of keeping our car in excellent condition.\r \r Last Saturday, a Toyota Camry T-boned our Infinity on the El Camino Real. Our car was totalled. The last time we looked for an All Wheel Drive (x) Infinity we could not find one within 100 miles of the SF Bay Area. This time we found a G35xS at Peninsula Infinity. Bob introduced us to the sales manager, Austin Cauthron who introduced us to Samuel Wong, a sales advisor, who introduced us to Jeff Ha, in finance. Everyone was articulate, personable, helpful and well trained. And, when we finished our transaction Bob came full circle to congratulate us. \r \r If you are interested in purchasing an Infinity in the SF Bay Area the team at Peninsula Infinity gets five stars for service, price, and team work. more

This place is awesome. I have bought a few cars here in the pass and it was great. Just bought a new car not to long ago and Jeff and Austin in Sales were great assistants to me. I got a great deal on the car. I would refer anyone to go to Peninsula Infiniti! more

I don't think I will ever do business with them 4/20/2008

Peninsula Infiniti posted a 2003 Honda Odyssey up for auction on Ebay Motors. After bidding on the vehicle and bidding enough to reach their minimum reserve, they pulled the vehicle off the auction 24 hours before it was supposed to end and said it had been sold. Hey, no problem. But 2 days later, they placed the exact same vehicle up for sale on Craigslist and listed it for considerably higher than the reserve price they were seeking on Ebay. Hey, I understand that it's their car and they can do whatever they want. I personally happen to think what they did was greedy and unethical. Two qualities you definately don't want with someone you could potentially do business with. Seems to me, the whole Ebay auction listing was nothing more than a fishing expedition to see what kind of bids the vehicle would garner with no intention to follow through. Pros: Unknown Cons: They play games with their Ebay Auctions. more
