A great old-fashined place 10/14/2008

How long has it been since you bought a breakfast that included a beverage *AND* your choce of juice in the base price? How about thirty-nine-cent coffee? Monday night pasta special? Free breadsticks with a small pizza on Tuesdays? Wait staff who remember you? I'm not even a veggie, but my favorite pizza is the Bert's Special -- it tastes *fresh*! It's one of my favorite places to eat, and I love the ambience. more

Not quite what I expected 2/23/2008

Overall it was alright. You can tell this place is a local staple. The hype is over rated. I was up to visit my kid at college and stopped in. The restaurant needs a facelift. Looks like the decor from when the place opened in 1900. It makes me wonder what their kitchen looks like. The pizza seemed pretty bland along with the service. There's a much better pizza place my wife and I found next door. It's hand tossed brick oven pizza. Much better flavor and they even brew their own beer there as well. We had a great time here and loved our waitress. I'd suggest the Bear Brew Pub over this establishment any time. Then next time we're up to visit our son we'll skip on the Pat's and head to the Bear. more

The best pizza in town. 6/17/2005

if you want good pizza, this is the place to go. Pat's Pizza of Orono is a college hang out, they're down to earth, homey. College kids work here, also a great place to earn a buck! Their service is excellent, fast and efficient. The best part of it is the pizza. Go here you won't regret it! more
