So I just got back from PASONGS and honestly, I'm a bit disappointed. The white waitress was pretty rude, not professionally dressed, rushed, and couldn't handle everything that was happening. Now, I said ""white waitress"" because every one compliments of the great customer service by ""Nonnie"", the daughter of PASONG. Nonnie was in the back but she did stop by our table and was very friendly to me.
Whether the restaurant is busy or not, I shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes for FOUR cheese rangoons. At this time, I was thinking about walking right out the door and never coming back. If I had been on my 30 minute or 1 hour lunch break, I'd surely be late for work. But right when I was about to leave, my rangoons come and I decided to try it. They were the best tasting rangoons that I've eaten since my seven months here of residing in the Tri-Cities. It was definitely worth the wait. So then I had to wait for my PHO soup. Let me just say this. This is NOT the place to order pho. It comes pre-seasoned whether you like it or not. Normally, it does come pre-seasoned, but only a little...and you get to season it yourself with your choice of sauces. $9 for a little bowl with about maybe 2 cups of noodles. Um, no thank you. I'll continue going to Star Gourmet Chinese restaurant for my big bowl of pho for $5.
