I thought Party Pals did an AWESOME job with my daughters quinceanera! The lights and balloons were perfect! Totally worth the money. I would recommend Party Pals to anyone that has to do a large party! Pros: The ceiling decorations were out of this world! more

We were called on Tuesday, the day after Labor Day, and asked if we could do a singing telegram , out of town, on Saturday. No specifics were given until Thursday and we told him by 2 o'clock on Thursday that we couldn't do it at the time he needed, gave him times we were available,could not come up with a time that would work . So sorry! more

Poor customer service 9/5/2008

I contacted party pals to do a singing telegram for me. I worked with them for a week to arrange for the telegram. They contacted me 36 hours before the event and told me they could not arrange to have someone at the event. They should have contacted me sooner to let me know they could not arrange to provide this service. I would not recommend them to anyone. more
