Maintenance Check for HVAC 6/14/2017

Yesterday was Edwin's first visit to our home, and he did an excellent job. We were very pleased. He did a thorough review, and explained his findings, made recommendations, etc. and even though he is new to Parrish, represented the company well. more

Review of Plumbing Work 3/12/2017

Last year I used Parrish Services for some electrical work and was quite pleased using Nathan as the Electrician. I decided to try their plumbing services and again, I am very satisfied with the work done. I would not say they are inexpensive but I know I can sleep at night because of the quality of the work that this team does. Nick was my service technician and he was not only professional but ensured that I did the right job...even talked me out of doing unnecessary work. So I truly hope I can continue to keep working with Parrish Services in the future! Thanks. more

Pleased with Effort and Result 3/4/2017

Jason came for a routine scheduled maintenance call... and ended up staying until 9pm to fix an unrelated water leak! I felt awful he missed an evening with his family, but he was insistent that he finish. more

We've been dealing with Parrish Services for a while and we have always had great service from the staff who make the appointments to the technicians. We even had them install a new HVAC system last year and were very pleased with that whole process. more

A Pleasant Experience 2/14/2017

As usual everyone I dealt with was both professional and friendlly. My only negative comment is that a six hour window seems a little excessive. I believe it used to be four hours and that seemed like enough time for a customer to be tied up. Both the young lady I spoke to on the phone and the technician were helpful and knowledgable. Sorry I do not remember their names. I am terrible with names. I liked it when the person answering the phone used to ask how they could make you smile. It worked every time!! more

Alphonso has been the technical for my spring and fall service for the last 3 years. He is punctual, professional, and patience in answering my questions. Good seeing 12/20/2016

This review is for Brian. He was on time and he was determined to fixed or find my problem. It took 40 minutes to find ny gf5 receptor. It took long because the way my electrician wire and because my place was a mess. But he was optimistic and willing to move all my boxes that block the view in other rooms. Although I didn't want him to get to the attic cause is a pain, Brian was determined to get there if the gf5 wasn't in the basement. more

Annual Heating Inspection 10/30/2016

Parrish Services is tops for peace of mind, promptness, ease of getting an appointment, and overall service. I have also had them for emergency service calls with my air conditioning, and they came and did it right the first time -- the only time. I was especially impressed with their email notification sent to my home email before the technician arrived -- it even had a picture and professional background of the technician attached! He finished everything in less than one hour, and got me started with Parrish's maintenance service plan, which can be purchased for a modest monthly payment taken with my credit card. All in all -- five stars! more

Routinely Excellant Service 7/2/2016

It started off simple enough, have an electrician replace a pair of marginally functioning wall mounted light switches. During the installation my wife noted the recently replaced upstairs air-conditioner had stopped operating. Nathen completed the light switch change-out and offered to trouble shoot the A/C electrical system. It was a hot day and the cool basement's job did not require he crawl into the very hot attic, nor go outside and deal with the bugs and heat around the outside unit. He detected the excess water emergency cut-off switch in the attic unit had activated...a very good action as prior service companies failed to consider this element and overflowing water had cascaded through the second floor's ceiling on more than one occasion. Nathen relayed this to the office and the staff tasked Alex, an A/C tech, to come to our home as soon as he'd completed the job he was currently working. Alex spent a couple of hours in that attic sauna attempting to locate the source of the excess water. Though the source was not located when Alex departed the A/C was again working and we felt confident the emergency cut-off and its back up would keep our ceiling dry. Alex returned the next day having been scheduled by the Parrish office staff to follow up...without the customer needing to experience a disruption to vet the A/C's continued function. The professionalism and consideration of the field representatives and their timely use by office job schedulers affords this customer the confidence that their work and their words are strong enough to accept without hesitation. more

Leaking Garbage Disposal 4/7/2016

Parrish Services were helpful on the phone; called ahead as promised; arrived on schedule. The tech who came out was polite, helpful, answered all my questions, and had the job done ASAP with no mess. Great experience. more
