I had called 2 hrs prior to the time that I needed the taxi in order to insure that I made the last ferry. I called again at 6:30 to make sure the taxi was on their way. I was told he would be there ""any minute"". Ten minutes later I called back and was told the taxi broke down and was waiting for a tow truck. He told me another 20 minutes. Ten minutes later they called me back to inform me that there was no way I would make the ferry. No apology..nothing. As a result I was stranded and missed the last ferry. If you need to get somewhere DO NOT call this car service!
