Female servers are rude, have an attitude, unappreciative towards customers, sarcastic! I complained to the owner & he took care of the issue & because of that I'll go back to the restaurant. Oh, & the food is good! more

Love this place! 11/16/2010

Pannullo's has some of the best Italian food I've ever tasted. I make it a point to stop by at least once a week. The portions are huge, the flavor is bigger, and the service is great. The chef makes a different cheesecake every weekend, and it's always amazing. They serve all of the old favorites, Chicken and Veal Marsala and Piccatta, and creative new takes on Italian classics like Lasagna. The Chicken Coppertino is my favorite - you have to taste it to understand how awesome it is! It's usually packed during normal lunch and dinner hours, so make a reservation if you want to make sure you don't have to wait. more

Italian Favorite 11/9/2010

Pannullo's Italian Restaurant is one of my favorite spots to hit up for lunch! Friendly service and affordable great food. If you want something light try their salad bar and for heartier dishes try their eggplant parm. or chicken marsala. If you need a glass of wine to unwind from your hectic morning or day at the office.... they offer an affordable and excellent selection of wine to enjoy with your meal. more

Good Italian food and wine at fair prices. 11/1/2010

Outstanding dinning experience each time I visit and take friends to this Park Avenue tradition. The Veal dishes always tasty and the pizza superb. The Covered patio is perfect to see and be seen on trendy Park Avenue. Servers are friendly and well trained. Always visit Pannullo's and never been dissapointed when I'm in town. more

Great Evening at Pannullo's 10/31/2010

I had lunch and dinner at Pannullo's in the same week. Everything they produced was richer in flavor than you normally find in an Italian restaurant. I'm not kidding when I say this was the best Bruschetta I've ever had. After that we had the Mussels Marinara, I love my mussels. For the main course I had the Shrimp Carbonara. One thing to say: WOW. If you don't finish dinner with the Creme Brulee Cheesecake, you won't sleep that night. For wine we had the St. Francis Chradonnay and then the Guidalberto, a super tuscan red. Our server was Pam that night, love her a ton. Great personality. The night ended with a glass of the Taylor Port. My new favorite Italian eatery by far. Oh, and the one of the owner partners stopped by the table, Mike Schwartz, what a character. more

Worth the trip 10/30/2010

I drive from Windermere to have dinner there at least twice a month they have a e-mail club and you get buy one get one and on Thursday we can bring our own wine and there is no fee. We love there pizza and my favorite is there Chicken Gorgonzola. You should all go and have a great experience. more

FANTASTIC! 10/29/2010

There is not a place in Winter Park, FL that can rival Pannullo's for food quantity, quality, and price. The restaurant itself is beautiful inside and out and the service has always been excellent. I frequently use two for one pizza coupons and these are HUGE pizzas. My girlfriends and i will come to enjoy the excellent selection of wine and my family will come with me to enjoy the delicious food. I have never had a problem that wasn't attended to and i eat here several times a month. There is something on the menu for everyone! ENJOY! and Thank you Pannullo's keep it up!! more

Best on the Ave. 10/29/2010

I dine out on Park Ave. 2 or 3 times a week and discovered Pannullo's years ago. They were great then and still are. The value and quality they offer is amazing. The patio dining is a plus and the staff all are so friendly. The Lobster Ravioli is to die for and they make their own bread. Nice wine list with great prices. Highly recommend more

Better than home cooking! 10/29/2010

I take my two kids out to eat at real restaurants (as opposed to fast food and chains) all the time and one of our favorites, for almost 7 years, is Pannullo's. I just wanted to write to thank them for always offering hot, fresh dishes, so good that even my picky son loves their marinara! (on a meatball or tortellini.) I usually order the same thing for a while, and my current favorite is the best Ceasar Salad in town, topped with Grilled Shrimp. Mmmm. (My last favorite (and my daughter's too) was Ravioli Terracina in a creamy sauce with mushrooms and spinach... I might have to change back to that next time!) Thanks, Pannullo's, for always making us feel at home. We'll be back next week! more

pretty good place 1/31/2009

I've eaten here twice and I've never really had any issues with it but reading the previous few reviews made me give it second thoughts... The food is pretty good though and it's a romantic place to eat. Sad to say but the best part of the meal is the fresh bread with olive oil that they bring to the table! Pros: good bread Cons: a bit pricey more

Horrible 1/24/2009

Good Italian food in Orlando is rare. This Italian food is just plain horrible. You are better off making it for yourself in your own kitchen than bothering with this hole. Pros: Outdoor seating Cons: they serve food more

Poor food and poor service. 1/16/2009

My wife and I eat out at lease 5 days a week. We had a coupon from the Entertainment coupon book from Pannullo's and decided to try it. When we went to pay using the coupon book they said they don't accept them during the weekend (and they were not nice about it either), There was no restrictions noted on the coupon. We would have never tried them without the coupon. We were scammed. The restaurant was about a 1/3 full during dinner. Now I know why. We paid $35 for the two of us for a below average meal. Pros: Location Cons: Too many to mention. more

Pure rudeness. 4/4/2008

First of all, I'll be honest and say this review is NOT about the food. I didn't even get the chance to stay and eat it. The service was so bad that my boyfriend and I got up and walked out before ordering. Cons: Service more

Save your taste buds and wallet the heart ache by opening a can of Chef Boyardee‎ 3/25/2008

I ordered the Italian simpler I get a chance to try several taste. I'm a lover of good Italian eats so my saliva glands were on overdrive waiting to the meal. When the meal arrived you and after a few bits, I head directly to the seasonings. Adding lots and lots of seasonings. Very, very bland taste. Basically olive oil on noodles. At $18, I'll be heading to Carrabbas Italian Restaurant to save a few bucks and receive a meal worth eating. If your considering this restaurant in the near future, just don't do it. I would recommend just buy a can of Chef Boyardee and a bottle of Lambrusco over Pannullo's. Save your taste buds and wallet the heart ache. Their only saving grace was that the bread was good. Maybe they should drop the Italian portion of the menu and get into the bread business. Mr. Diner Pros: Water was OK. Cons: Starchy, bland and over cooked pasta. more

EVEN THE OWNER WAS RUDE 1/16/2008

My mother is an authentic Italian cook. Their food is the only restuarant I've ever found in any city that comes close to hers. But here is the one problem--my table of 6 ladies were told by another waiter ""If you were planning on settling up the bill, I'd encourage you to do so."" We were so shocked we asked the owner/manager what was that about. He said (direct quote), ""I have a more lucrative table of 10 coming in and I need that space. Plus you've been here for 2 hours, that's enough."" WOW! AND HE'S THE OWNER??? It was 9:00pm and our reservations in HIS book stated 7:30pm. So he was obviously wrong. And when you are spending this much money at a restuarant, you are going to spend more time enjoying yourself than at a Wendy's or Applebees. And a ""more lucrative table of ten""??? Seriously? More lucrative? Does he really have this many customers that he can be so rude? If you don't believe me, read the other 1-star rating and see how the owner treated them. STAY FAR AWAY OR YOU MAY BE TREAT THE SAME WAY. The food is not worth the rudeness! Buyer beware! Pros: great Italian food Cons: be treated like a 2nd class citizen by the OWNER more

Best Italian in Orlando for the price! 6/2/2007

I have worked in restaurants most of my life and I must say This place is pretty good. Food is good. Quality is good. There is just this one guy that works there. He just doesn't look happy to be there and he seems rude to everyone. I can't tell if he's a server or a cook or a manager because I see him doing a different job every day. Three weeks ago I saw him make a customer cry. Now that customer might have been overy emotional but still. I do have to give this place high regards because other than him, the food, the service and the price are all very good. Just need to send that guy through some sort of counselling and I only say that because I have been going there times a month for about three years and he has obviously been there a long time. Last time we were there our server, a very nice young lady, gave us phenominal service and went above and beyond to accomodate us. If you go in on a Friday or Saturday night call ahead because I have made that mistake and there has been a 45+ minute wait. Also sometimes if they are not busy they will close a little early, as I found out. At the time I was mad and then I realized that it makes sense to close if there is no business and save the money. I would probably do the same. Ultimately I give this place my highest regards. I'm sure home cooking is better... if you're from Italy. But this is a great compromise and with rustic tuscan murals and the candle light it is very pretty. Hopefully one day we will go there and that guy won't be there. But maybe every chicken lays a bad egg. Go there for the food. Go there fo the ambiance. Go there for the great service. But if you see a really big mean man stay out of his way! Pros: Great atmosphere - Great service - Great food - Great experience Cons: Some big j*rk works there! more

THE BEST OF PARK AVE 4/28/2007

Pannuulo's has been serving my family and friends for 15 years and keeps getting better, There is no turnover of staff and the same ownership has been working the floor for the entire time. If you are tired of getting ripped off every time you eat out and oferpaying for small portions then this is the place to go. The take many different discounts and still you get hige portions and great quality. I am only sad that they are so popular we sometime have to wait 15-20 minutes for a table but go to the wine room next door. The place is a warm cozy restaurant that feels like home. ENJOY more
