I like to go to Palm Beach Tan because of the convenience of their locations but I find myself wondering if that is most important to me. I understand that they need to do monthly memberships with automatic deducts from accounts but I feel like they are taking advantage of customers. For instance, if you want to upgrade your account - they will do it for you and charge you right away for the extra amount and you can begin tanning in the upgraded beds right away. But if you want to downgrade for the next month, the downgrade will take effect immediately EVEN THOUGH you've already paid for the whole month. They do not let you finish out the rest of the month in your pre-paid package. This is terrible and stealing. Also, they give you the option to put your account on hold (the Stay & Save) which is awesome. BUT the requirements are that you have to notify the staff by the 25th of the month in order to use it and once you let them know, your account is put on hold and ONCE AGAIN you cannot tan for the rest of the month that you have paid for. This is very irritating and I know I am not the only one who feels this way.
