I have always felt very invested in when wearing the hat of a patient with Dr. Palencia. He is a great listener, communicator, honest, and compassionate. It is a powerful combination when you have a doctor that not only cultivates a high level of trust because of his extensive clinical and academic knowledge, but also has ""life experience"" wisdom, warmth, and tactful honesty to create a very holistic care for a patient.
