Hard working company. 5/24/2010

My attic space is small, so I was glad the crew was able to maneuvre around in it. The installation went without any problems. The crew worked hard and kept my house clean during the removal of the old unit and ductwork.It appeared that the technicians were well trained and knew their stuff. I guess it should not have surprised me as during the initial consultation it was more of an analysis and troubleshooting exercise, rather then trying to upsell me. Thank you for looking out for me. Great Company to work with... 5/24/2010

We recently bought a new Lennox heater from Pacific Aire. The installation was done in a very professional manner ( by James and Jose ). Both were very pleasant to work with throughout the entire process. They never complained once how hot it was in the attic and I kept the ice tea coming! All my questions were answered patiently. I wanted to thank Pacific Aire for a very professional job they did recently. I was due for my annual insopection and they fixed the airflow throughout the house so it is even. Going that extra mile ! 4/15/2010

We had been struggling for a long time to spend the money on a new heating system, as well as, brand new ducts. Right from the start the interactions we experienced with the service technicians we excellent. Their subject matter expertise and professionalism made us feel very comfortable. The technicians explained very well what they were doing and during disassembly of our old furnace and installation of the new equipment co service and going that “extra mile” that makes me recommend Pacific Aire to my friends. Reliable Professionals 4/13/2010

Pacific Aire installed a new heating system in our rental unit.  This has been a very positive experience.  From the sales staff to the technicians that installed the unit and ductwork, it was a professional job and I had no concerns about it being done right. The installation was scheduled promply after signing contracts and the crew was punctual on installation day.  The crew respected our space by covering everything and cleaning up after themselves. Poor Workmanship 9/25/2009

I purchased a new air conditioner/furnace and duct work from Pacific Aire over a year ago. I have had poor air quality resulting in dirt throughout my home for over a year. Pacific Aire was unable to diagnose or correct the problem. They were unwilling to honor their money back guarantee published on their website as it was scratched out on my contract, advising this was not a profitable job due to the many complaints and service calls. I recently discovered they did not properly install the duct work to the system and covered the sub standard work with duct tape.
