The Honey Chicken is awful. It's not as breaded as most Chinese take-out restaurants. I won't be returning to any PF Chang's until they get their act together with the Honey Chicken. more

I dine out with my girlfriend and order special fried rice and mongolian trio (beef, chicken, shrimp) and its delicious! $30 and excellent ambiance and service. more

Have eaten here on many occasions. Like a previous reviewer commented their service has much improved over the years. However, I still - after a couple years of not having tried them - find their beef especially and some other dishes to be much too salty. I know Chinese food can be salty but it is not the only flavor enhancer which should be in the meal. I couldn't taste any flavor besides salt or soy sauce flavor in either my pepper steak or the vegetable/chicken lo mein. On a side comment their vegetarian dishes are usually less salty and actually more flavorful - for instance there chicken or vegetarian lettuce wraps are a good unique food that i can soundly warrant paying the price tag they attach to it. Overall the service is much better than it used to be, the drinks are well made, many of the entrees too salty as well as too small, and the atmosphere is enjoyable if not a tad generic due to this being a corporation. more

great food, great price, PERFECT drinks 11/22/2010

i am a huge fun of Asian cuisine and P.F. Changs is my favorite place. i went here the other weekend with my friends and we couldnt have had a more fabulous time!....it was incredible from the amazing courses to the to die for drinks. we were thrilled to see they served our absolute favorite TY KU!...we went wild with the sake :) and will definitely be coming back again more

Great food great service 10/30/2010

I love going here. The foot is fantastic. Of couse I prefer the drinks. As one of my only restaraunts nearby carrying Tu Ku I always find myself making frequent trips. Friendly service, great atmosphere. Do yourself a favor and check out the place. more

Great Food and Drinks 12/29/2009

ANYTIME i need to meet someone for dinner, for whatever reason...business, family in town, friends, etc. I take them to PF Changs. There is such an extensive menu that even if you don't like asian food you will find something you like. They even have a gluten free menu! Not to mention its one of the only restaurants in the area that carries my favorite Ty Ku Sake. I would definitely recommend this place for cocktails and dinner for any occasion. more

mmmm Lettuce wrap!!! 11/24/2009

I frequent PF Chang's every time I'm in Miami! There's something about those lettuce wraps that seem to call my name! I just happen to be there the other day when they were doing this ty ku sake promotion. Lucky me! Light, delicious lettuce wraps are enough to make my week, but to top it off with ty ku's new sake was amazing! Pros: delicious apps and cocktails more

Used to enjoy eating there often. Gave it a last chance and the food quality continues going down hill. Will not waste my money there any more. more

Editorial review from Urbanspoon 8/19/2009

My daughter's B-day is today and we went on a marathon shopping trip at the Sawgrass Mall. Dying of hunger we decided to try P.F. Changs for lunch and if you can believe it we have never been to a Changs before. \r \r We started out with a Shanghi Chicken Flatbread (see pic) and it looked and tasted like a quesadilla. The sauce that it came with was pretty good and that made it taste more chinese than mexician. I also added some of the sauces they provide which are hot mustard, hot pepper sauce and the server combines these two in a soy sauce and makes a third sauce (see pic). \r \r For the main course my wife had the Kung Pio Chicken, I had the Singapore Street Noodles and my daughter had chicken nuggets ( see pics). My wife really like her dish which surprised me because she is not a big chinese food fan. My dish was very good after a doctored it up with some of the spicy oil and some of the above sauces. My daughter loved her meal too.\r \r Our server was Jessica and she was excellent. She was very informative and gave a us suggestions on what to order since we were virgins. \r \r Remember to tell them that Dan sent you for the Shanghi Chicken flatbread that looks like and tastes like a quesidilla lol and stay hungry! more

They have improved over the years. Service was once upon a time very bad but it is excellent now and the food is always great more

Editorial review from Urbanspoon 7/14/2009

I used to like this resturant, but I changed my vote after the last time I was there. Our waiter did everything right, but everything else was against him. The chef messed up two of the four orders we placed (one of the orders was to replace the first messed up order.) The kitchen was also very slow. Avoid this resturant. more

Great Food...sit at the bar! 1/30/2009

The Falls location is the best in Miami (and probably in the country). The staff is excellent from the chefs to the servers and always provide a great experience. I recommend trying new and innovative things when you go and try sitting at the bar...bartenders are usually the most experienced people, plus you can sometimes skip the wait as it is first come, first serve.\r \r Some of my favorites:\r - Oolong Sea Bass: marinated and broiled so its crispy and slightly sweet and salty with a ginger soy sauce. Add large sea scallops for an extra 2 bucks and it is even better. \r \r - Stir fried eggplant: One of the most underrated menu items, it is robust in flavor and aroma!\r \r - Vegetable pan friend dumplings: I could eat a million, try to get the bartenders to make you a ""special sauce"". Not the typical one they mix but a vinegar, scallion and garlic ensemble that simply rocks esp. with dumplings. You have to ask for it specifically!\r \r Ultimately, you will get what you put into your experience here as with any restaurant. If you are adventerous and pleasant, you will have an exciting and great time. If you are rude and routine this will limit your ability to enjoy your experience. Cheers!\r \r \r Pros: Excellent food (especially out of the routine selections), great service and bar Cons: Long waits sometimes more

P.F. Changs is our FAVORITE! 8/24/2008

I can't say enough about P.F. Changs! My husband and I love it. The food, drinks and ambience are consistently excellent. No matter what upscale restauarants we go to, on our way out, we always say, we should have gone to P.F. Changs.\r \r The food can't be beat. Some of our favorites are the chicken lettuce wraps, stir fried eggplant, mongolian beef, and oh yes...the banana spring rolls...oh my gosh, so yummy!\r \r If you haven't been there yet, and enjoy Chinese food with a modern twist, go for it...it's guaranteed to please your palate. The only negative is that there is almost always a very long wait of up to 2 hours (but you can have a drink or two while you wait). Pros: delicious food and drinks, doesn't feel like a chain restauarant Cons: long, long wait to be seated more

Great American/Chinese dining! 8/16/2007

If you are a lover of chinese food, then I highly recommend this place. The food, atmosphere and drinks are fantastic!!! Its a great place for a date or a family dinner or just a casual night out with friends. The environment is def. casual and a lot of fun. You should go and check it out!!!! more

User review by southridge97 10/4/2005

P.F. Changs is a great restaurant. My only complaint is that there is sometimes a long wait. Definetly worth the wait though. The food is far superior to the ""regular"" chinese food places out there. Highly recommend the honey chicken, honey shrimp, fried rice, and mongolian beef. more

the best! 1/11/2004

I have to disagree with the previous post from bad bane. PF Chang's is my FAVORITE place for a quick bite, special celebration or an everyday meal. The staff there is warm and friendly and are actually glad to take care of you. the food is outstanding, the waiters even try to get you to try new things. My family and I always feel special, whether we have to wait an hour to get a table or are able to just walk in or make a reservation. Face it, the place wouldn't be so busy if the food sucked and the service lacked. I even bought stock in the place! Pros: service, food, service Cons: always busy! more

The Worst Place I have been to! 9/22/2003

This is by far the worst service I have ever had. The place was not even full, and there were four employees inside and not one acknowledged me. This is the 4th and final attempt to eat there! This place has terrible customer service. If you know someone there though they will let you go in because that happened 3 of the four times we were there. We were waiting 1 hour to be seated while others waited 1 minute to be accomodated. QUITE SIMPLY THE WORST PLACE!!!!!!!!! Cons: Customer Service, Waiting Time more
