A Great Find! 10/5/2002

PF Changs proves that not all Chinese food is created equal. I have been there numerous times and tried many things. I have yet to try something I didn't love. Everything is served hot and fresh. The quality and atmoshpere is terrific! They don't offer small group reservations but you can call ahead to have your name added to the wait list. more

My husband and I discovered this delicious little treasure on one of our shopping jaunts to Somerset Mall. Imagine our pleasant surprise when we were served some of the BEST Chinese food we have ever laid our forks on. We started with the lettuce wraps, which are a culinary delight! and worked our way into the delicious Mongolian Beef, a little taste of Heaven on earth...... I ordered the Orange Peel Chicken and I thought my taste buds were going to explode!!! The only downside since we first went is that depending on the server or the time of day, the service is a little on the slow side, but trust me, the food is worth the wait!!!!! You will not be disappointed!!!!! Pros: Food, Atmosphere, Convenience Cons: Service, Crowded in the evenin more

It's WONDERFUL!!! 5/27/2002

I love Pf Changs on Big Beaver Rd. The food is AWESOME and the waitstaff on both occassions has been very helpful. They have a wonderful bar, including all the frills on the drinks. The FOOD is simply AMAZING!!!! I highly recommend this restaurant to all who truly appreciate authentic chinese food!!! more
