Same as the rest of the other locations. That being said, I have never left with any complaints so I will continue to be a loyal customer. more

Is this Asian food???What is this stuff...cardboard? 12/1/2007

This place is worst chinese food I have ever had! Anyone who thinks this food is worth eating, let alone paying for, must have had their taste buds burned off at some point in their lives. The service was rushed , the bill to high for the lack of quality, and the mixing of the sauces is absurd. Don't waste your time or money. Go to a small, asian owned restaurant. Your taste buds will thank you for avoiding this nightmare. Pros: huh? Cons: many. more

Is this Asian Food??? 3/25/2006

Ever notice how few Chinese actually work here? We ventured to ask how many asians actually worked in the establishment...he said 1...the busboy. The Lo Mein actually had the same texture as spaghetti which seemed odd. The ""Famous"" Lettuce wraps that they say is one of their specialty items...we were told could not be customized per customer as they were precooked and packaged prior to being sent into the restaurant. I'm allergic to mushrooms and wanted them not to be cooked with it, but if it is precooked and just reheated, I can see why you cannot help me. What gets me is how is your specialty item precooked? Shouldn't that of all things be made fresh? Oh the joys of franchises...I'd rather go to the little corner store chinese places where the people barely speak any chinese...at least I know they cook their stuff on the spot. more

Great Restaurant 2/1/2006

I had a great experience. I made reservations for my husbands 45th birthday in April. We were seated promptly and our waitress was wonderful. We ordered our drinks and appetizers which were great especially the hand friend wontons. Yum! Our food came out in a family style matter. Since it was my husbands first time eating there, it allowed us taste each others food. Our waitress also ordered us this cucumber dish that was exceptional and on the house. My waitress presented him with this pure chocolatey flan like dessert which was so good and rich. That was also on the house. It was a great experience. So great that we are celebrating Valentines Day there. Pros: Wait Staff, Decor, Family Style eating more

Best Place to Eat in South Jersey 7/1/2005

I think those negatie reviews were all the same person. P.F. Chang's is the only restaurant that has consistently great food and service. All entrees and sauces are cooked fresh to order. It really is a great place to eat. Pros: Great Food, Great Service, Atmosphere more

One of my favorites! 6/26/2005

I disagree with the other users! I love P.F. Changs for the simple fact that it is GOOD! A couple can get a filling dinner with leftovers for under $50 (depending on what you order, you can get drinks for that price too!) The Lettuce Wraps are to die for, the sauce on the Double Pan Fried Noodles is exquisite, and the Pin Rice Noodle Soup has a spicy kick to it that keeps your mouth watering! I will continue to go to P.F. Changs! If you like Good food, give this restaurant a try! I have yet to be dissapointed! Pros: Fairly inexpensive, Very tasty food, family style service Cons: Long wait on weekends more

Great food! 2/21/2005

Lots of Asian Fusion dishes. Very inventive menu whether you want meat, chicken or seafood. Great sauces and tasty appetizers. Portions are very generous, so you can share with friends. Nice Bar area with all kinds of old & new drinks. Desserts are a delight to the eye and tastebuds. Pros: food, service, convinent location Cons: need reservations, can be pricey more

Bland and nasty! 1/17/2003

PF Chang's seems an elegant trendy Chinese restaurant - this is about the furtherest from the truth. The food is bland, boring and overpriced. We started with spare ribs that tasted like they had standard BBQ sauce on them. For $6.25 I'd expect a healthy portion of 10 ribs, but they brought us 6 small ribs! The mongolian beef - was thin and dry. The honey shrimp was passable but unauthentic. Tempted to order the Steamed fish, I asked the waiter if it came with the head on as the head brings extra flavor and the sweetest meat is in the cheeks right under the eye. Not only do they not do this he looked at me as if I had two heads for wanting the head! If you live by a big city that has a decent independent Chinese restaurant, don't bother they're the Olive Garden of Chinese restaurants. Pros: Atmosphere Cons: Overpriced, Bland food, Boring food more

They Should Have a Drive-Thru 6/28/2002

I have never eaten in a place that would not let you take your time. Here I was waiting for them to give me my bill after the appetizer. And what's with the mixing special sauce? It's no art form, what do they expect a bigger tip? Our waiter asked my dining companion if his food was okay, because he obviously wasn't eating fast enough for him. The food is no better than any take-out place. If you do go, and feel like you're rushed, make sure when you are done and have your bill - sit there for an extra 30 minutes to digest, and to tick off the waiter who is trained to rush you out so more people can come in. They just care about your $$$. Pros: Decor Cons: Too noisy, Food Bland, Was rushed to eat more

In a hurry! 6/27/2002

If you're in a hurry to eat and want to be made to feel like you've extended your stay, than this is the place for you. Before we could even finish the appetizers, the main course was being served. As for the food, it's average at best. The brown rice is the worst I've ever tasted. A dissapointing experience where the main objective seems to be to get them in and get them out. more
