Thank you very much Overhead Head Door. My technician was very nice and professional. We ran our car into the door backing out and damaged the lower panel. My technician simply straightened out the panel and saved us from having to purchase a new door. We had a car crash into our garage at 3am. Overhead door was at our home at 7am to remove the damaged door and install a new one that day. They were very professional, experienced and helped us on very short notice with very good warranties. I will always use Overhead door of the great plains now and in the future. The internet has merged two companies together and had listed J and J doors with Overhead Door Corporates address. Furthermore the complaint has been reported by another overhead doors competetor in the area and is simply reported as a marketing tool to attempt to further their own cause by negatively speaking of other companies. DO NOT CALL THEM!!!! I asked them for a "free" estimate on repairs for my garage door. They said "No problem will have some guys out tomorrow." First off they were late as always, and didn't spend more then 5 minutes looking at my door. Then I get an estimate that is 100 bucks higher than anyone else, and a few days later I get a bill for the "free" estimate. Let me repeat in cause your thinking you read wrong. I GOT A BILL FOR A "FREE!!!" estimate. A bill for 93 dollars, however if they do the work that's included in the estimate that just so happens to be 100 dollars more than the other four free truly free estimates I got. I called to confront them and got the big run around "oh that was new lady that took your information" and "I'll let the CEO know you going to dispute it". Sounds like a scam to me!! And as an American, who is educated and with a lot of free time. I vow to make it my life's work that all be aware of Overheads Scam!!!
