Low Key Highly Knowledgable Confident Reasonable Pricing Strong sense of Customer Service Integrity The only down side is that the store/shop is very small and that you have to know that Specialized is the main brand that they carry so overall choice is lean, but if you love Specialized this could be your dream. As a rental and repair shop they are stellar. If you are on a vacation and are looking for a good general purpose bike to rent for the Rail Trail this is the place to go. They are right on it. Plus, they are cool guys. more

Had to stop by Orleans Cycle while on the CC Rail Trail this afternoon while training for the PMC. The cleat on my bike shoe was slipping. Popped in to see if they could take a peek at the problem. I was greeted by Devin who took a look and told me he could re-cleat my shoe while I waited. A few moments later, I mentioned some brake squeeking and Devin had it resolved in no time. In addition, he topped off the tires with air and lubed up the gears so I was set to go within 20 minutes. He charged me only for the new cleats and also helped my two friends with air as well. Service was incredibly pleasant and quick. In addition, Devin was assisting another family with rentals all the while working on my bike. Professional and knowledgable service and pleasant as well. Will gladly recommend Orleans Cycle to all my friends. Pros: Service, service, service!!! more

I needed a bike and thought about all the issues I have to deal with; back, hip, knee and neck problems. I knew I was in good shape but didn't want to hurt any of these places anymore than needed by biking. I stopped by on a whim. I asked this guy, I later found out was Devin, if he could help me. I told him what I needed. It wasn't until the next day when I heard him talking to someone about having a better day than the day before, as it apparently was really busy and hectic, that I realized that I never knew how busy he had been as he gave me all the time and attention I needed. So, he set me up with the exact bike I needed. The very next day I rode that bike on the Cape Cod Canal for 14 miles and it was like a walk in the park and didn't hurt me at all. Now, let me do a comparison with the bike shop I went by on my way home that day while I thought about this purchase. I went into talk to a guy and he told me that I would have to buy a guys bike as I was too tall. Then he told me that by my description of what I thought I needed that I was ""being kind of difficult"" and he didn't have what I was looking for if I wasn't willing to buy a guys bike. I left that bike shop thinking ""you have to be kidding me?"" and knew I would buy the bike at Orleans Cycle without a doubt. Then just yesterday I went into another bike shop about a bike rack as I needed it right then. The guy that I talked to was inpatient, distracted and cold. So, let it be said, that if you need a bike, you shouldn't go anywhere else other than Orleans Cycle for the quality of bike and expecially the customer service. These guys and girl have there act togeather. Very knowlagable staff, Expert repair on my bike every time. These guys ride there bikes. Every time we have rented, the bikes were like new and worked great, Very easy to deal with. Best bike shop on the cape Pros: parking good, selection good, best location to the rail trail, family owned Cons: they get real busy and it is a small shop more
