One level facility, easy access in and out.Beautiful setting. Small community feel. Easy for Residents, families and staff to know each other. Very personal care. Great Rehab center. Therapy is A-1. Would recommend to anyone, 24 hr RN coverage. Experience in this nursing facility. more

small nursing home 8/4/2005

omro care center is a small nursing home that is ran in a way i have never seen before, they have there supplies in different places then any other nursing home which makes it hard to find something if you need it. they also let their residents wander the halls which i feel s unsafe more
