Bill has always figured out the problem the first time and you can trust that he will warranty his work. I really don't have a basis to compare prices to as I don't get multiple bids for auto work, but I wouldn't mind paying Bill a little bit more knowing that I can stand by the final product. Just to be on the safe side (I heard this advice from the mechanic I use in Dallas), I would always ask Bill for a quote beforehand. Pros: Extremely competent, doesn't promise hard time deadlines it can't meet more

Honest dependable Automotive Service 4/6/2008

Bill, the owner is friendly, honest and dependable. Anytime we have been into the office the service is quick, dependable, fair and honest. It is refreshing as women to be able to go somewhere and know who you are working with is honest anf fair and does excellent quality work.\r I highly recommend Olympic Automotive.\r \r They do quality work and repairs and are honest and do not overcharge you.\r The wait time is not long and we know the work is done correct and honest and Bill doesnt' do unnecessary work.\r \r They treat women with respect and are fast and efficient and work is quality.\r We highly Recommend Olypic Automotive for car repairs, inspections, and any evaluations. more

Fantastic Service 9/28/2007

Both locations on 29th street are EXCELLENT for service, price, customer care and downright niceness. The Quick Service Center is QUICK on oil changes, inspections and general car upkeep. They also listen well and can ID what might be causing a problem. The speed, quality of service, and price are superb. The mechanics at the auto repair service center are genius detectives for figuring out problems and fixing problems--also at a great price and with excellent customer care.\r \r I have been a customer of both centers for over twenty years. I have dealt with other repair places and dealers, and they've been good. But Olympic is outstanding for thoughtful, honest and skilled auto service.\r Pros: Skill, honesty, fair price more

Honest. Friendly buisness 8/23/2006

What a wonderful experience as a single young woman to go to a mechanic and ""just know"" they are not trying to ripp you off. Bill was very friendly and honest, and still half the price of the ""other guys."" I would strongly recommend them for any auto work they perform. Pros: Honest, Reliable, Family owned and operated buisness more

HONEST People 1/5/2006

Went to have a used car inspected. Got me in right when I pulled up. Took 10 minutes max. Saved me thousands, from purchasing a ""rigged"" used car. And they didnt even charge me!! Thanks guys! more

Going here for generations 10/6/2005

My family (and now my family's friends, co-workers, teachers....) has gone here for years. Buzz and Bill are not only great at what they do - but this is a no frills business. You may walk into Olympic thinking you need a $500 repair only to be talked out of it by Buzz and Bill. Pros: Honest, Inexpensive, Limited wait time Cons: none! more
