Psychopath leader 7/31/2013

This place is crazy they towed my car I called to get it talked to a zac Bauer I assume the zac b who wrote a good rewiew because they are so bad they wrote thier own good ones he was a cocky useless person to talk to told me to talk to James who insisted her name was Beth after some research on Internet I found out her name is Elizabeth and found a mug shot of her in a crazy jacket and this company is a over the web for bad things she was rude said she was a owner and didn't like drunk drivers and so was charging more witch had nothing to do with me or my car she is flipping nuts I ended up paying a crazy amount for my bill and reported it and was informed I was one of many reports on her and the jacked up bills. Stay far away the reason these people have all new stuff is they are criminals thier drivers look like they are high on something they are rude they have cocky kids running things with a lunatic psychopath women who goes by 4 names running the show. These guys gave me the creepies. First off, they pick up my car, then refuse to tow it where I asked them to, instead insisting the insurance company would be faster if I took it to them. Then on the ride to their yard, the guy told me all the sordid details of his failed relationship with his ex-wife (who also works at the same place), and then hit on me.Then ex-wife drove me, and told me everything from her perspective. Then, 2 weeks later, when the insurance told me they wouldn't be covering my repair expenses, I called and they tried to bill me $900 for the free AAA tow and the storage fee they "forgot" to mention. Then they tried to tell me I could pay off that bill by giving them my car, because it was only good for parts now anyways (my mechanic fixed it for $200 and I'm driving it now). I absolutely refused, and luckily was able to get my car back, but I disliked working with them and their weird, convoluted drama and unprofessionalism. more

Satified in ND 3/27/2011

Marc was very professional and couteous. He was able to deliver our vehicle a day ahead of schedule when out transmission went out. The next day he called me in Montana to insure it was working ok. Melanie was very courteous while working with her to coordinate repairs. When it came time to pay we needed to use three types of payment i.e. check, cash, and credit card. Had no problem with them. more

Our motorhome transmission went out. The two tow drivers (Zack) and (Jeff) we wonderful. Very professional and courteous. They insured we were safe in a hotel before leaving us. We were directed to a hotel by AAA which we found out later was a drug house. So to say the least THANK YOU Zack and Jeff. The office for Ogden checked on us to insure we did not need anything. When we needed things from our motorhome they delivered it to the hotel. WOW. Made me feel comfortable. more

Stop changing things 8/16/2010

I have been dealing with ogden auto for 3 ish years and i have found they have good drivers and seem somewhat family based. I do wish they had some of the old drivers from a year or so back and notice some more stressed however i will keep using them given they keep being the good old guys they are. more

Great tow company!!!! i have had my car towed by Ogden Auto several times and they have always treated me well, they are very proffesional, clean, and know what they are doing. they change my opinion on redneck tow truck drivers. i will always call them for any of my tows. more

Ogden Auto Body is lazy 8/17/2009

I took my car here to have my bumper and mirror replaced. They used screws to reattach my mirror. Seriously???? I could have done that. Don't go here. more

Ogden Auto Body 8/12/2009

Recently I had my car towed my AAA (ogden Auto). The drivers name was Zak Layton... he was awesome! Very sincere and knowledgable on what he was doing!! He was also a very nice guy all around! His wife was also riding with him and very sweet too! They definetly made my bad day/tow ride so much better!!!! Thanks Ogden Auto! more

Ogden Autobody gets an A+ 7/21/2009

Well I've read a few of these reviews and they were just so far off from the experience I've had from these guys that I felt I needed to write my own review. I've been going to Tom for 10 years now, and I have always been treated well and have always had good professional work performed on my car. If I have ever had a problem with something they have done, they are quick to get it fixed, making sure me as a customer is satisfied. Their quality and price is better then places I have taken it to in the past, and that is why I will ALWAYS be an Ogden Auto Body customer and will continue to recommend friends and family to get their cars repaired and painted at Ogden Auto Body. Ogden Auto Body is a joke 7/16/2009

Great tow company, ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE body work done. These guys try to save a buck however they can. Over spray everywhere!!! Walmart could have done a better job and they don't do body work!!! I had to take my care back twice and its still falling apart!!! Thanks for NOT fixing my car properly. more

wow they hire these kinda people 11/11/2008

I recently had my car towed for AAA by Ogden auto body, Don't know if the driver Jason V . Was Drunk or recently drunk but he reeked of alcohol. it also took him a insane amount of time to load my car onto his truck. Ogden Auto body should look into there drivers more carefully. Possibly train them better and drug and alcohol test them.I will no longer use Ogden Auto Body for my towing and will request that AAA do not send them even if it means i have to wait two or three hours for service. As long as I get a alcohol free driver that knows what he is doing.. more

AAA Towing 8/18/2008

I recently had my car towed by Ogden Auto Body (Brandon S). I was on my way from ID to Oram UT when I closed my eyes for a moment and hit a big rock in the road. Lucky for me that was the only thing I hit. It was about 3am I called AAA and they said they were sending a truck out no more then 15min later the driver(Brandon S) was there and glad to be helping me he had my car loaded and we were back on the road in 5min. He made the my not so good night a GREAT NIGHT. Thank you for the Service I will Recommend AAA Road Service to every one I know more

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE 4/18/2008

Our vehicle received AAA Emergency Road Service via an Ogden Auto Body service person - Jason V. He made my ugly car moment MUCH MORE PLEASANT and also recommended repairs on our vehicle (when I asked service questions) that sharply contrasted gouging by Firestone up the street. Accurate, affordable, friendly, and now, able to add us to their list of happy customers. We'll use them forever. more

Everytime we move my husband has his "project" car towed. They always show up on time & it is delivered to our new residence undamaged. The driver is very professional. more
