Called to have some exterior windows repaired. Came to measure and provide an estimate for 6 windows. Approved the estimate and had them scheduled to complete repairs. On the scheduled date, most of the windows were addressed, but two storm windows needed to be resized. The tech, Blake, told me he would be back with the last two windows and would finish cleaning the replaced glass.
I called a week or so later to ask status and was told they were having some difficulty with the glass breaking on one of the windows. Fast forward to today, over 4 weeks after the original repair visit date. I called at 4:05 on a Friday, and the person who answered told me they had closed for the day but that "8 to noon tomorrow". He didn't say that only one office, and not the Peabody office, was open from 8 to noon, so when I asked about scheduling between 8 to noon, he replied that that wouldn't help me because only one other office was open on Saturday and started to raise his voice to me.
I asked him not to yell at me, he continued, and I told him again not to F***g yell at me. He continued, so I hung up. I work in a service industry and would not treat a customer, especially one who had been billed IN FULL, in such a manner. That is not acceptable to me. I just want my windows to be completed as paid.
