Either Incompetent or Dishonest... or both 4/21/2009

We rented a home from these folks last year. Upon moving in, the place was filthy - filthy like a health and safety hazard. We spent two days cleaning before we felt safe there. When we vacated after 3 months, leaving the home cleaner than when we moved in, they attempted to charge us $500 for a variety of cleaning fees (for example, to clean the bedclothes, which were stained with bodily fluids when we moved in). I would highly recommend avoiding these people or being extremely careful with them. more

Great Rentals 11/23/2005

We recently used this company to rent a private property for the weekend on Lake Travis. Every one in the office was very helpful and answered all our questions. They rental rates were great compared to others offering the same services and our security deposit was returned very quickly. The property was clean well maintained when we arrived. more
