I took my car in to get the fuel gauge checked because it had stopped working. Having a little baby to drive around all the time I didn’t want to end up stranded at the side of the road. After multiple visits, multiple fuel tanks, and multiple sensors, still no luck. I took it back again and they figured out that the electrical board in the dash had gone out (why that wasn’t checked after the 3rd visit I’ll never know). They wanted me to pay “half” of the cost to fix it because my warranty had run out. I walked away in total disgust, especially since I’ve been a customer for 4 years & this is my second car from you guys. We are in the process of looking for a new company truck for my husband; I certainly will not be doing business with O’Brien’s again.
