Good: Although they are busy, they are compassionate and care for the community. I have never seen a practice who cares for so many medicaid, as well as military families. Many offices refuse to see these patients. And i get quality care. I will wait on the phone and in the waiting room for these doctors. They are all professional and caring.. Bad: Yes, they are extremely busy. That being said, that is a good sign. They are caring professionals who try to make time for a lot of people on this community. Paying or not, they do their best to serve the communities needs. I have also waite awhile on the phone, but that is a small price to pay for a good doctor. Who wants a doctor with no phone calls, plenty of available appointments, and is not busy? Think about it...not me!. Improvements: A few more staff would be helpful. But I think they try to help everyone.....patients may need to be a little more patient...when your turn comes, it is worth waiting for.. Other: Dr Dupre is the best, i had surgery recently and I was treated with the utmost respect from the person who scheduled my surgery to the nurses in the hospital. And he cured what ailed me!. more

If the office is so busy that you can not get a REAL LIVE person to tell you that they don't have time to take your call well that is unfortunate. I have tried to call to make an appointment twice today, I was placed on hold by an automated recording an I held the first time for at least 15 minutes before I hung up then I tried again later today and was still placed on hold by the automated service and I was still on hold 12 minutes later. Is this a schedule issue or incompetence in the from office? more

My longtime doctor recently transferred to this facility an hour away, but I tried to continue giving him my business. I've attempted to set up an appointment with him at this facility several times, only to be left hold for an hour at a time during regular business hours. The times I did get through, appointments were booked up for THREE MONTHS IN ADVANCE. Absolutely ridiculous! I took my business elsewhere - they obviously didn't need mine. more

OB-GYN Associates is an amazing practice. I see Dr. Martin and LOVE him. He is such a kind man. When you go in to see him he makes you feel like he has all the time in the world to answer any questions that you may have. He was great during my pregnancy and so caring and helpful during my labor and delivery. I have seen several more doctors in this practice and they are all nice and caring. The receptionists and nurses are also great. They are all so nice and helpful. I would recommend this practice to ANYONE! more

This is an wonderful practice. All of the nurses, receptionist, etc are excellent. All fo the doctor's are so nice. I would recommend them to anyone. more
