We LOVE the service department at this Hyundai in Covington, LA. Ronald, Matt, & Jim are the best! They are so helpful and always remember you. I literally tell all my friends to consider buying a Hyundai just because of THIS service department. We are in the market for a new car and I don't want to look anywhere else because I don't want any surprises. Thanks to everyone there for all their work. more

I can't say enough nice things about Ronald Oubre. This is my 14th oil change service visit and the service keeps getting better. I waited less that 20 minutes and Ronald always has a smile on his face. Great service team. more

I walked in service around 7 am on Nov 21 to see if I could get a oil change on my 2013 Santa Fe. Ron told he thought he fit me in (I did not have an appointment). My vehicle was ready in 2 hours which I felt excellent. more

Fast service 11/30/2015

I had to take my car in without an appointment and was helped immediately. The only issue is that there were no rental cars so I had to miss work (I work out of town) for the repair but it was handled. more

Excellent Service 11/8/2015

Northpark Hyundai is different from other dealerships. The wait time for service done at dealerships is historically long and painful. Northpark Hyundai offers service that is thorough and efficient. The Service team gets your work done at the pre-scheduled appointment time, and you are updated quickly if anything is found while maintenance / work is performed. I send several of my kids to take care of the regular maintenance work, and they are always in and out in 30 minutes. Credit Ronald for having this department run so well. more

I have been a customer with Northpark Hyundai for many years. Not only do I love the Hyundai cars, but I love the service and the people at Northpark. I went in for maintenance on my Elantra and ended up buying a 2015 Sonata. The service department is awesome! The salesmen at Hyundai make you feel like family and are so willing to work with you in order to get the best deal. Sergay was my salesman and he was terrific. He took the time to test drive vehicles with me and once I got my Sonata, took the time to show me everything about it. I couldn't be happier with my new purchase. more
