Northpark Apartments

My rating is negative 5. Just exterior looks good...Please check out other places even before thinking about Northpark.Elevators are outdate...Some lady was in a hospital for several days because she fall with elevator...The mananger don't care about anything except for collecting rent. Water is so expensive each month. They will tell you , the estimate is $90.00 for the water. It's not...They doen't have a recycle and the City charge them a lot and they put on our water bill... When we report issues to them, they don't care resolve it. Also, there's no building good customer relations. No maintenance the ELEVATORS!!! Shower head is too low, all my clothes smell mold in my closet...You will get nothing after your do your lease. They are nice just until you get your lease signed. No courtesy, no sympathy...Pls think about to come to live here...If you doent want to get sick, dont came... Their management service is terrible. They implemented a new parking system but never put into effect, therefore, residents always have hard time finding parking. Last May they sent out a notice saying that they will close down the pool due to the reconstruction of the community center, but promised to reopen in December of the same year. Unfortunately, when the following summer came, the pool was still closed, May, June, July and August went by, still no access, and finally, they re-opened the pool in September, when it's too cold to swim, and you would think they would heat the pool, NO, pool is not heated. terrible, just terrible.
