Wyatt was on time, efficient., wore foot coverings and thoroughly explained one problem he found with my system. He had the part in his truck so the job was completed quickly.

Worst

The one hour furnace is of low quality. The warranty is worthless. The cost of replacement parts are 10 x what they should be. Very bad investment. Randy Maple Grove

Best in Service 12/26/2017

Shawn was excellent. My furnace stopped working last night on Christmas at about 8 pm. I had heaters out to protect my water pipes all night. Shawn showed up on time, professional and explained that it was my thermostat. The Nest thermostat stopped working. I went back to normal thermostat. I just bought my home 2 months ago and Shawn explained that my furnace is 5 years old, very good condition and should last for a long while. He also put in new furnace filter at no cost. The best Service. Thank you Shawn for on time professional quick service! more

Wyatt continues to provide great service as a One Hour Technician. He is always thorough, efficient and friendly. HIs suggestions are sincere and his aim is to make sure each system is working safely and efficiently. He explains what he is doing in a non technical way and always asks if I might have any questions. His standards are high and after he is finished you would never know he was even there. Great Job. Highly recommend Wyatt and One Hour Heating. more

AC Tune Up 7/13/2017

Timely, clean, provided potential areas of concern without being too salesy and pushy. One suggestion in general, including previous technicians and field personnel, is to somehow bring up that it's ok for the homeowner, etc. to stick around and ask questions during the visit. I didn't feel discouraged from witnessing and inquiring about the service activities during this visit, I had other things going on, but I have asked questions in the past and I wasn't sure if the technician would have preferred to just get work done or to demonstrate and educate the homeowner about what they're doing and why. more

Air Conditioning Tune-up 6/14/2017

Jesse was prompt on the service call, explained the check list that he was grading our system on. On a personal note he also mentioned that our system was the same one that he would choose for his home. He did not make me feel that he was being rushed as he cleaned our outside unit. Very thorough job. As a last preventive measure for our heating and air conditioning system he added a preventive liquid to our pump system to avoid any build up for the next couple years. Nicely done Jesse! more
