This is a reply to the review about our dealership that was left on 1/28/10. Our records do not show any complaints of that nature. The customer has not contacted us directly to resolve the situation. This raises a questions whether this complaint is a true complaint. A big disadvantage of this type of forum is that it does now show who the complaint came from and it is hard to determine which complaints are legitimate and true. Customer satisfaction is always our main goal here at Northeast Auto Finance. We get very few complaints all of which are properly addressed. I purchased a 2007 Honda Accord Ex-L in January 2009 after browsing it on E-bay. The price was good and car was still under warranty. I checked the Carfax and Autocheck and found no accidents, I could test drive the car long enough on the day of purchase because of heavy snow in the area at that time. more

I live in Austin, TX & I found them on Ebay. Seem to have really good reviews. I negotiated a lower price & they told me we'd have to do it outside of ebay for the low price. Since I saw good reviews on ebay & they are a dealership, I figured I'd take my chances. Pros: Ok with responding to emails & phone calls.
