The purpose of this letter is to congradulate NorthStar and the wonderful employees we had the privilege of working with during our recent move from Studio City to Coto de Caza. I have moved all over the United State over a period of 25 years, and this company by far is the most outstanding company I have worked with. I want to take this opportunity to thank Northstar for the professional and delightful service we received on the coordination, packing, loading, and unloading of our property to our new home. From the beginning when Sam, the onsite estimator, came to give me an estimate, I knew Northstar was the one I would select. Sam stayed and completed the appraisal, left me the bid and was quite pleasant during the entire time. I was quite impressed that I received the bid not only on the same day, but on the spot. more

NorthStar movers were very conscientious in doing the best job possible. They took extra care in loading all the fragile items. They were very pleasant and polite. Most of all we were impressed with the super job they did in arranging our furniture by working off our floor plan. Since we were so exhausted and could not follow them to our new home in Palm Desert, we trusted them by giving them the keys to the house and allowed them to unload the furniture without our being present. It was late in the evening when they arrived and I'm sure they, too, were exhausted but despite that our beds were put together, furniture in place, boxes in garage arranged in an orderly manner. I have recommended NorthStar to some friends and I will continue doing so. When we first met they assured me we would be happy with their service and they were right!!!!!!!!!! I'm moving very often within CA and chose NorthStar for my two recent moves. My first time moving with NorthStar was great and unexpectedly smooth; it was quick, easy and done within few hours. It did surprise me a little, considering my last move with another company took twice as much time and involved some complications. On July 8th, we moved from Calabasas to Phillips Ranch with the help of your company. We are writing to express to you how extremely satisfied we were with the moving services. The three members of your company who helped us move (Yaron, Elias, and Barak) were very skilled and professional from the moment they arrived until they left us at our new home. Yaron explained everything to us at each step, and answered any questions we had. They wrapped all delicate items carefully, and loaded the truck in a well-planned manner that minimized any chances of breaking. They worked quickly, and ended up taking less time for the move than we had anticipated. They were also very pleasant and friendly despite an extremely hot day. We also felt that the charges for the move were very reasonable. Since, as I mentioned, the group worked very quickly, we actually ended up paying less than expected. Due to the nature of our professions, we have had to move several times in the past, but this has clearly been the best, least stressful moving experience we have had, thanks to your company. I was putting my information online, inquiring about storage units and immediately got a call from NorthStar, which apparently, is also a storage company. I moved with NorthStar in the past but didn?t need storage, but this time I needed only storage for some boxes and a desk. They actually deliver a storage unit to my current location, and took it to storage after 15 minutes!!! It was so fast, faster than it took to request the quote!!! I trust them with my stuff, and know they?ll deliver them when I?m ready. I love NorthStar; they always have a service that fits my needs. more

I want to commend you for the fantastic service NorthStar provided for my two-step move last Sunday. Shai, Benjamin and Giovanni arrived right at 8AM ? they were professional, punctual and hard working. They moved me from San Pedro, picked up our other load in Mission Viejo and dropped everything off at two public storage units in an amazingly short period of time. My friend was so impressed she immediately signed on to have them ship her piano to Arizona ? all of which Shai arrange via phone while continuing to unload our goods at public storage. We just found out the piano was already in Arizona yesterday! I was fully prepared for the one more bad moving experience of being stood-up, overcharged and broken items, but my/our experience was exactly the opposite. I am definitely using NorthStar for my move to the Dominican Republic and have already started recommending NorthStar to everyone. Moving is never an enjoyable experience but working with you and your team made the process significantly easier. Even with the unforeseen problem we encountered with an inoperative elevator that morning, your staff kept their great attitudes and professionalism throughout the day. Additionally, they were very efficient and took great care making sure our furniture arrived to our new destination safely and undamaged.
