I was very happy with what i experienced at North Bay Nissan. The sales staff was friendly not pushy. The finance department helped me understand what I could afford for a new car. Poor service! 5/22/2012

First of all, they contacted ME about a titan I had listed on craigslist. They wanted to ""inspect"" the truck so my husband took it there for a ""inspection"". After a lowball offer, he drove it back home. Next day noticed the access panel/skid plate was hanging down. Called to ask them about it and all I got was denial. No offer to check it, just a ""we only drove it around the block"". However it took 30 minutes to drive? and they told him the truck had a slight power steering leak, which could only be seen by dropping the access plate. Thanks for crappy service, will take my business elsewhere! more

Best Dealership 4/30/2012

North Bay Nissan is a dealership I suggest you try. They have a friendly atmosphere and are there to help you when you are ready to buy. Not pushing you to buy that day. I dealt with Randy Trujillo who took the time to listen to me and to find a car that I was ready for. He was friendly and professional. The dealership has lots of cars to choose from. Check out North Bay Nissan in Petaluma and ask for Randy. more

North Bay Nissan 2/8/2012

Wow, a Nissan dealer that knows how to treat their customers, not just lip service. I was looking for a a specific Altima Coupe and after calling many dealers I called North Bay Nissan to see if they had the car I was looking for. They were honest and told me no but they would see if they locate one for me and call me back. I received a call within 15 minutes from the manager Ron (sorry I don't remember his last name) who told me he had located one for me. He gave me the specifics of the car making sure this is what I wanted, without asking me to come in he told me that he could have the car for me by that evening. When I arrived the next day is was exactly what I was looking for. Not only was it exactly what I wanted but the best thing of all was the price and excellent customer service. If there service dept. is anything like their sales staff I would even drive the extra miles to Petaluma to have my car serviced there. Keep up the great work!!!!! Vince more

Sorry excuse for a car dealership 9/1/2008

This was the worst experience of my life. I tried to call to follow up on an online application and was then told the were too busy to help me and they hung up. I asked for the GM and they once again said they were too busy and hung up. In this day where you complete a lot of applications via the internet is is very sad to think that your personal information is treated to lightly. I will make sure that none of my friends seek out this dealer. more
