More than Excellent Mechanics 6/23/2013

Not only are these guys excellent mechanics, they are very fine human beings. They really care about the customers they serve and they don't hesitate to show it. When things did not go as planned with my car (through no fault of Norms---due to the way that Lexus engineered the ignition and key) these guys did not charge me for anything but the key itself! I'm going back there next week to try to get them to at least charge me for the labor. These guys are totally awesome! Thanks Iann, Ken, Tom and everyone else on staff. I'll never take any car that I own anywhere else and I'll recommend you to everyone I know! You have my highest regard and recommendation! more

Daughter Emergency - Flat Tire 4/20/2013

Daughter Emergency - Flat tire in the rain on the way to a final. I picked her up took her to UNL. Norm's picked car up. 2 hrs later, 1 final down and the car was ready to be picked up!! more

I've been bringing my vehicles to Norm's for over 15 years and couldn't be happier. I've had experiences with other companies that take advantage of women customers. Norm's never trys to throw in services or repairs that aren't necessary and treat me with respect and like I am an intelligent person. I recommend Norm's to whoever is looking for a mechanic. more
