oil change 8/6/2015

I am a regular customer spanning 20 years. I came in for an oil change, a process I have done many times before. However, this time they didn’t know who I was, said I had never been there before, printed my bill out in my ex-wife’s name, and one of the sales men approached my ex wife in the parking lot in a threatening way causing her to need to back-up away from him as my daughter looked on. Unscheduled oil change 8/4/2015

I dropped in during lunch to have my oil changed. All the tech were at lunch but the minute they finished with the break they were working on my car and had me out of there in no time. I had forgotten to take a coupon with me and the gal that cashed me out found one for me to use. I really appreciated that since money is tight for me. They are always so pleasant to work with. more

Helpful and attentive. 8/2/2015

I have had 2 previous Nissans. This Leaf is my third. I really enjoy it and love not stopping for gas. I just had my 1 year service and the computer told the techs I was recharging to early. I have even better economy when I don't charge every night and still have plenty for commuting. I appreciate that they help me learn about my car. more

Efficient, Quality Service 8/2/2015

I was completely satisfied with the oil change service & safety inspection that Jaremko performed on our 2007 Xterra on 7/30/2015. Service Advisor Jim, as usual, gave me an oral report on the condition of the vehicle as well as providing me with a written report. Jim gave direct answers to all of my questions. The entire process from check in to check out was less than 45 minutes. more
