Customer service issues 7/14/2011

Birthday gift basket was delivered to an unknown neighbor instead of delivering the product to our home. I didn't find out about it until two days later when I found a delivery tag under the mailbox. They had been told in the past (more than once) not to deliver to another address and to leave items on the porch. We called to try to find out what home the item was delivered to and we were told they had no record of what home the package was left at. Several hours later the owner of the delivery company called back screaming and ranting about how it was our neighbors fault for not making the delivery for them and the fault of Nino Salvaggio for failing to give them directions not to deliver to another address. It seems that the delivery company and Nino's have serious communication issues. more

The store has a fun feeling about it. the produce is great. Grocery was a mess and high priced. The cheese department was amazing! The cashiers where not friendly when i left. When i asked a question about the pricing they seemed to get mad. more

Fresh Fresh Fresh!!!! 6/17/2008

The fruit and other produce at Nino are so fresh, and there are so many foods from different nations, so it is very interesting and fun to see all the different foods. Also, they have little snacks and crackers that are enjoyable also. My favorite is the wasabi-covered peanuts. the sesame crackers are good too more

The best in shopoing in style -- but you'll pay for it 9/20/2005

Like I said, this place can't be beat for it's shopping experience, but it'll cost you. Probably the best fruit & veggie section around. My wife loves the butcher also. more

Cooking dinner with an international flare then this is the place to shop. 6/7/2005

They call themselves an international market and on first entrance it looks more like a meat and produce store but once you are in you see it is much more. There is a world class wine shop, a coffee bar, in addition to isles of ethnic food product to complete any dinner theme. The meat department is more of a gourmet shop than just meat with mouth watering dishes just waiting to go home and into your oven. Need cheese and crackers, make your list because there is plenty to choose from. The bakery has selections you won't find anywhere else and always fresh from the on site ovens. more
