Most pleasant experience after building 3 other homes 9/11/2007

I would highly recommend Nigro Homes. They were very considerate, professional, and we were in our new home on time. They took the time to explain things to us, there was open communication at all times which was great. Thier in-house service man was always on time. Pros: Great communication Cons: Can't think of one. more

poor post sale service, gave us the run around on repairs, never finished needed repairs, once he sold the home he was not concerned about correcting building errors, used lesser quality materials and poor workmanship more
