New Moon Spa & Salon

If there's only one place I'm going to go to in Eureka Springs, AR, it's New Moon Spa & Salon! I love all of the services they offer. We absolutely love it there, it's amazing, especially during the fall when the leaves are changing colors. The services are set up in rooms with large windows with beautiful views of the mountains and trees, very picturesque and so relaxing. We think the world of Nicole! She takes care of us. She is always professional and courteous and when we arrive, it feels like we're coming home. Nicole greets us with big smiles and by name. We've become friends with her over the years. What's also impressive is that she knows the services we like. New Moon provides wonderful facials, manicures and great massages. This is the place to go for total relaxation! New Moon Spa & Salon has always been very professional. They always return my phone calls. Anytime I leave an email or a voice message, they get back to me in a timely manner. I go with a group there 2-4 times a year. Whatever we do there, they are always very pleasant. They also offer great suggestions for treatments. It has been a great experience at New Moon Spa & Salon. The massage therapists were very, very good. It's just a pleasant, pleasant experience. more

I stayed at the Crescent Hotel for a couple of days and wanted to have a masage(my first!) What can I say but WOW! The ladies at the spa were first rate and Sarah was the best. If you are able, be sure to take time for a masage at the New Moon! more

I had an one hour massage plus the moonlight garden scrub and it was the most amazing experience. It was soothing, relaxing and completely comfortable environment. My skin literally felt like silk when I was finished. It was truly the best massage and treatment I have ever had. more

As a bride, you want everything to go smoothly on your special day. Nothing is more important than feeling absolutely beautiful on your wedding day. The New Moon Spa & Salon was an important part of my wonderful experience with the Crescent Hotel during my wedding. First, I utilized the New Moon Spa & Salon for a practice run-through for hair, make-up, and eyelashes on the same day as my bridal portraits. They made me look absolutely fabulous for my bridal portraits and I was completely at ease with what to expect on my wedding day. For the wedding, the entire bridal party received formal hair styles. Of course, I used the Spa and Salon again on my wedding day for make-up, hair, and eyelashes. It was such a relief that I did not have to worry about such critical details on the wedding day. Dallas was simply FANTASTIC with my hair and make-up. Everyone looked amazing!! The service at the New Moon Spa & Salon was impeccable – you knew you were in the very capable hands of professionals. Additionally, the bridal suite is an important component to the whole occasion. It provides a large area for an entire bridal party to dress, relax, and touch up their make up just before the big event. The spa and salon services at New Moon are excellent. The stylists and various therapists are very hands-on, friendly and sincere. They are good at what they do, which is why I have been going there for about a year now. I would recommend New Moon Spa & Salon. My experience with New Moon Spa & Salon is always 5 stars. They are everything you are looking for when you are going to be pampered. I have been going there for about 3 years, mainly for massages. I have also gotten facials, haircuts, manicures and pedicures. All of the services are great. When you walk in the door, you immediately feel relaxed. The atmosphere is very soothing. When your treatment is finished, you feel wonderfully pampered. I have always had a very pleasant experience at New Moon Spa & Salon.
