Great service 6/23/2011

I have been a patient for about 3-4 years now and have never had a bad experience. The office is very modern with what seems to be the latest equipment. The staff is very friendly and accomidating. The office is run with high efficiency. I have never had to wait past my appointment time. I came upon this practice due to the retirement of my previous dentist and his recommendation and happy he steered me to them. more

I picked New Concept Dental only because it was within a mile of my home and I figured I would try it for the convenience. I needed to have two dental implants done but had a challenge because I had to have the procedure scheduled in a short period of time so that I wouldn't lose my flexible spending account funds. The office was awesome in every way in accommodating my request. Not only did Dr. Usmani see me in time for me to use my flex account funds but he was very gentle and made procedure very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this practice. more

FINALLY, a Dentist Office I LOVE! 4/19/2011

Everything about New Concept Dental is a pleasure. From the expert dentists and the cheerful hygenists; to the staff behind the front desk who welcome you and to the girls at the back desk who help you understand your insurance plan; everyone in this office makes going to the dentist truly stress free and enjoyable experience. Dr, Fay has assembled a Dream Team. The office itself is beautiful and my appointments have never run late on the front end (no waiting) and I get out quickly too. For once in my life, I enjoy going in to see the people and that makes any other uncomfortable feelings I may have had in the past with other offices and dentists go out the window. Try New Concept Dental. I know you will love it too. more

Comfort at the dentist. 4/5/2011

New Concept Dental has helped my daughter so much. She does not numb very well or the meds wear off faster than the norm. They have cared for every need she has had to help her get through each procedure. They have such a loving staff who understand what she goes through which helps her be at peace. more

Smiles Don't Lie!!! 7/23/2010

I have been a very happy client of New Concept Dental for well over 12 years. Even after moving to South Jersey, I'd rather drive an hour than to have to switch to another dentist. And why should I? Continuous compliments on my teeth, excellent dental care, friendly & professional staff, a bright comfortable office and flexible office hours. I wish you could see my smile. Smiles don't lie!!! more

What a great dental office! I get very nervous going to the dentist, but this office made me feel very comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional. I was very happy with the whole experience starting with my cleaning to having a tooth filled. I highly recommend this office. more

This office is great! I am a big chicken when it comes to dental work and they made me feel at ease. The staff was super nice and the dentist went over everything and answered a ton of questions for me. I'm so glad I found them! more

They will come up with some problems or unwanted treatment for your teeth, do things at their will without even informing you or getting your permission. Then they will get your money saying that you have already received the service and you have no other way other than paying your bill. ||[]||[]Don't get cheated at teh hands of these crooks.
