I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a private practice serving the Los Gatos, Campbell, Saratoga, and West San Jose area. I have an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University. I work with individuals and couples who are going through painful changes that cause them to feel off-balance and in need of support. I have experience working with adults and seniors who are having problems in their relationships with others or with themselves. My background includes work with adults and children who have issues dealing with making transitions and who are experiencing stress or anxiety at work, at school, or in family life. I see the role of the therapist as someone who is there for the individual or the couple as a sounding board, a supporter, a resource, and a coach.
