Nelson Auto Group

Upon arrival we were first approached by a very young salesman who was very polite and hospitable, we found the car we wanted and test drove it with no problems. The owner of the company test drove our car to consider it for trade in, however when we returned he was talking to another customer. We waited at least 30 minutes while the owner talked to this other ""customer"" right in front of us about a DOG! He wasn't even there to buy a car. After waiting a minimum of 30 minutes to talk to the owner he refuses to speak with us and says that he will not even consider any offer we will make him on the car and does not want to speak with us at all. We never felt so insulted in our lives! We stormed out of the dealership and have told everyone we know about this mans inexcusable behavior. I will never be back for any reason! more

After my family lost everything in a house fire we went to Nelson's for help. We went there with our last $2500.00. They try to sell us an old nasty van! The person that drove the vehicle up from the back of the lot did have the heart to tell us that he had to jump start the Van and it belonged in a junk yard! The sales manager insisted that was all they could get us for the little money we had, and he thought it was a great deal. We went to Roby Autogroup next, and they treated us like family! Cons: Dishonest, No Empathy more
