Nature's Prime Organic Foods

I made a purchase at the website for the company Nature Prime Organics on August 2nd. I received a confirmation e-mail from the company stating there is a shipping delay of 23-25 business days. Despite the delay in shipping, my credit card was charged which I thought was odd. Most reputable companies charge for the items once they are shipped. Regardless, I was charged, and I waited. and waited. and waited without any further communication from the company with regards to my purchase. I believe it was October when I called the first time. I was told my order would be moved 'up the list' and I should receive my items the following week. This was a lie as I did not receive my items. I received no communication from this company stating there would be a further delay. Again, I was patient and I waited. I called mid-December and was told the same thing...I should receive my order in the next week. Again it turned out to be a lie, and again I received no communication from the company advising me they would not be able to delivery my items within the time frame they stated. I called again today, and the woman refunded my money (her suggestion...I actually want the items I purchased). I told her I would be filing a complaint with the BBB, and she responded that she would handled the complaint by advising the BBB that they were having issues with shipping. I asked, then, if that means she's had complaints before. If most people are like myself, it takes A LOT to motivate me to file a complaint against a company. This is actually my first one. I asked her why no one communicated to me that my items would not be shipped within the timeframe I had been told, and she said there are only two persons working customer service, and that they receive 200+ phone calls a day. They do not have time to follow up with every customer to advise them when the shipping window has been extended (even if it's been five months since the original purchase was made). Their staffing issues are not my problem. I assume they have lost several customers, myself included. more

After reading all of these reviews, I am a little upset. I have been buying product from Nature's Prime Organic Foods for over a year now, and it is some of the best meat I have ever tasted. Unfortunately, when they went live on Groupon and Living Social the shipping time did take longer than before and when I asked some of the employees about it they were completely incompetent. However, those employees are now gone and I am very pleased with the changes in employees over the past couple months. The new employees knew exactly what was happening with my most recent order and were very patient and kind. I just received my most recent order the other day and had some NY Strip steaks for dinner. As always, the product was absolutely delicious. I'm glad that Nature's Prime has made some big changes and is getting over their rough spot. I plan on ordering from them again and hope they continue to expand and offer new products. It's a shame that some people didn't have the positive experience I had with Nature's Prime, because their meat really is the best I have ever tasted. more

DO NOT ORDER HERE!! Ron and Dawn Wolfbauer should be disgusted with themselves. They are out to make money fast and do not care about ANYONE ELSE!! whatever you can do return your coupon or voucher and never order from them. It should not take 3-6 months to receive food. Its wrong what they are doing... and they will only send food if you call in on a REGULAR basis. I feel bad for everyone of their employees and they need to get out of the ASAP!! This company needs to be brought down we all know your history RON WOLFBAUER!! more
