Went to Mufflers and More about a month ago. Had to come back several times to get the work done because they were so busy. I love these guys but it was a big hassel to go and come back so many times. I trust them and know that they give the best price and fair service, but make sure you are budgeting your time and resources to allow for your car to stay there for a couple of days or more... more

Incredible! 10 stars! Was quoted over $1500 from a competitor in Noblesville for 2 catalytic converters and an EGR valve. They said I also needed a maniverter that was connected to the converter. Called Westfield Automotive who told me about Mufflers and More (M and M). Called M and M, they said they've done many of these, they guarantee I don't need a maniverter, and would pay for the towing to get it to their shop! They quoted me a price of less than a third of the other place! Had it towed there, they called and then said I only needed 1 converter, not two, price now $170 less than their original low quote! Picked up next day, car driving great again, price was what they quoted, no tow fee to me. I'm still blown away by the honesty these guys displayed about not trying to sell me parts (and labor) that I didn't need. I'll use these guys from now on. You should, too. more

I went to Monroe Mufflers in Noblesville, and recieved a 450+ estimate on getting my muffler replaced. Then I went to Mufflers and More and got my muffler fixed for a third of what Monroe had quoted me at. Great place, great service, fast repair, I highly recomend them and won't be going anywhere else! more

Went to Mufflers and More, Had More Integrity Than The Dealership!\r \r The dealership told me that my rear differentials were going out on my 1999 Chevy Blazer. I called and went into the dealership to get an estimate and was met by a mechanic named Scott.\r \r After driving the Blazer and checking a few things, Scott was able to determine that the differentials had nothing to do with the noise, but a wheel bearing was the culprit. A difference of $1000.00 or more.\r \r From now one we will not be taking our vehicles anywhere but Mufflers & More. This place is worth far more than five stars... more

Will stick to quote! 1/16/2012

This is a great local shop. I asked for a quote to replace all four metal brake lines in my Civic, and they gave me a *very* reasonable quote (probably half of what other places would charge). They started working on it, and even after they had to fix other things that would break (it's an old, rusty, corroded braking system...thank you Illinois' salted roads...), they kept THE SAME QUOTE. Awesome. It took way more man hours than anticipated to fix, but the price stayed the same. I'm not from around Indy, but I will try to give them more business! Highly recommend! Honest, inexpensive, and reliable. more

MOST HONEST REPAIR SHOP IN INDY! 10/13/2011

I got a quote from a local repair shop for $408.31. Local shop (Car X) said I needed a new tailpipe and muffler + labor. I took it to Mufflers and More and I was in and out 1 hour later and only had to pay $50. They saved me a ton of money. I DON'T LIVE CLOSE BUT WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK! more

Best Auto Repair Around!!! 1/24/2011

My wife's heater went out on our 02 Venture Saturday night . Called Mufflers and More Monday morning to see if they could look at it sometime that afternoon. They said sure, bring it on in. I asked if 4:00 worked, they said that would be great. My wife had the car there by 4:00 and by 4:35 the heater was fixed and she was on her way. I will not take my cars to another mechanic. These guy's are awesome! Very courteous and professional. Thanks Muffler's and More. I will recommend you to my friends and family. more

I wouldn't if I were you 12/22/2010

I dropped my car off at Mufflers & More on December 1st, 2010. When I dropped it off I explained to them what all I needed in service which included; parking lights, taillights/ brakelights that were not coming on and my four wheel drive was not engaging. They then told me the job can be done and the cost for the repairs would be $175. I was told the car would be ready that Friday. Friday rolled around and my car was still not fixed, said to call them by 4 the following day. Nonetheless,Saturday came and then Monday, then Tuesday and so forth came and went and it was not until Monday December 13th when I was finally told my car was ready to be picked up. I came during my lunch hour and paid them the $175.00 and left assuming my car was fixed in only to return it that same evening realizing the problem was not fixed. My brakelights and taillights were still not on. I brought the car back to them, pointed out the problem and at that point was told the socket was most likely coroded and that it will be fixed the following day by 9 a.m.. I called Tuesday, 12/14/2010, at 5:15 p.m. since they had not called me to tell me it was done. Little did I not know they still had not gotten to it. My girlfriend had passed Mufflers and More around the same time and noticed they were just getting the car pulled into the garage. Thirty minutes later and fifteen minutes prior to them closing I received the phone call that it was ready. My girlfriend and I went to pick it up, drove to the back of the shop to make sure it was working (since obviously these so-called mechanics don't check their work after claiming its fixed), and not even five minutes later, brake/ tail lights were out again. At this point I drove the car back in the lot and was told by Scott ( the owner), ""Well this is an old Blazer and things are bound to go out. If I knew it was going to entitle this much work with the wiring I would have charged you $5-600 to have it fixed. You should just take it to Eslers Body shop down the road,"" he exclaimed. Now I gave them the check for $175.00 and thats what they quoted me, and when I pay someone for a job I expect them to do their job!! I was told once again they will have this fixed for me by tomorrow. Jokingly I asked him if it was going to take another 3 weeks. I was called on Wednesday saying it was FINALLY ready, but yet my starter was going out and they wanted to know if they wanted me to have them fix it. I obliged, ""No."" And thought to myself, that has nothing to do with the issue I was having, so am now having thoughts there was tamperment to my car that was being done. Furthermore, I picked my car up yesterday, 12/15/2010, and at that point I thought it was fine, until today that is. I noticed yet again, my taillights/ brakelights and now amber lights, as well as my dash board lights were not working. Angry I paid these Dumba&@es already, I marched my happy butt to their shop with my girlfriend and demanded my money back. I was laughed at and demanded to leave their property. In conclusion, it took the Westfield Police Department to come and try to help us resolve the issue. And after all was said and done, and them barricading themselves in their garage because THEY KNEW they had done wrong, 1 of the officers came out with 3/4 of the money we had given them. Overall, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MUFFLERS & MORE. THEY ARE TOTAL RIPOFFS, HALF @SS THEIR JOBS, UNTRUSTWORTHY, RUDE AND A BUNCH OF SCAM ARTISITS. I have since contacted the BBB and wrote a complaint, and in hopes of Call 6 For help to contact me, as well. Read the other insights PLEASE, and we have also been told by others,""BUYER BEWARE!"" Now we know. Let me ask you this: Would you trust a mechanic after three atempts and them telling you to take it to another repair shop after you paid them, I wouldn't!!! THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE THAT STAR, I HAD TO PUT 1 STAR JUST TO PUBLISH THIS!! more

I always take my trucks to mufflers and more to get exhaust work done. They put full duals on my truck and i only had to wait 45 minutes and only paid $90 with tips. Great customer service, Tim is very personable and the secretary is very polite and curtious. I recomend all my family and friends to mufflers and more Pros: Fast, dependable, cheap Cons: none more

Wouldn't think of taking my car anywhere else.... 9/5/2008

We've lived Noblesville for 11 years. Over the years we've taken our cars to several different places in Noblesville and Fishers. Last year we discovered Mufflers & More and we now go to them for everything -- from brakes and oil changes to actual problems.\r \r So far, the prices have been better than the competition, the work has been done by the time promised or sooner and the people who run it are very nice. They have been honest in all of my dealings with them and have earned my trust. Pros: Honest, reasonably priced, prompt more
