I love this school. I have been a martial artist most of my adult life and I am so glad my family attends here. My three year old gets so excited as soon as we pull into the parking lot of the school. Master Daniel is absolutely amazing with kids and I am very happy with how much he has taught my family! Paula is one of the sweetest people I know and she is great with the little kids! Grand Master Park is an absolute wealth of knowledge and it is a honor to be able to train with him! more

My daughter is 9 and started at MuDo Martial Arts in October 2012. She was having trouble with attitude and listening but was not interested in joining a sports team. After doing some research, Taekwondo was the way we went. There are many locations that offer Taekwondo so we looked at locations that had a free trial class. MuDo Martial Arts offers their first class free and has a $99 dollar 9 week special. We thought this was a good length of time to see if she really liked the classes without having to sign a lengthy contract and if they were going to be benificial for her. Paula the office manager was so nice when we walked into the studio. She welcomed us and asked us right away how she could help us and wanted to know if my daughter would like to go onto the mat to join the class. Master Daniel Lee is the Instructor and he is very good with the kids. He is very patient and knows what he is teaching. He takes time durring and after class if needed to reexplain to the kids if they are having trouble getting their footwork down. He also comes off the mat at the end of class to talk to the parents and make sure that everyone understands and will take the time to answer any questions. Master Daniel keeps a good grip on his studio and firmly but nicely reminds them of the right behavior so that they respect him not fear him. My daughter has improved on her listening skills and her attitude has come more on the positive side. She is 9 so she still has her moments. We did sign up for the next year as this place seems to be very positive and has a family friendly atmosphere. Please stop by and give this place a look and take your first class for fee. more

Very Impressed! 9/13/2011

I can not tell you how impressed I was at the most recent testing and exhibition put on by the members of Mu Do Martial Arts. All that participated broke boards and some black belts put on small examples of what an attack would be like. Loved it! The attention and discipline is what I must say stood out the most. The Masters are very sensitive and kind yet firm. They make it fun also. My son is learning quickly and talks about it often. They help your child go down the right path in life and we all need help in so many ways. This is an outstanding group of people. more

The Best Family Oriented Taekwondo Studio Around!! 2/14/2011

My wife and two children were looking for an activity to help us become physically fit and bond as a family. We found all that and more at Mu Do Martial Arts in Garland. Grandmaster Park and Instructor Daniel Lee work very hard to help us master techniques and learn the various aspects of Tae Kwon Do. They help my wife and I become more flexible and our sons become stronger. We highly recommend this school for anybody at any age and any physical ability who wants to improve their life! We've been with the school for four years and are all now 1st degree Black Belts. Bottom line- this is a great place for families to work together and bond together. more

MU DO Martial Arts is AWESOME!! 2/9/2011

My 14 year old and 9 year old are very happy. When my kids are happy, Mom is also happy!! So, I joined the Martial arts and I am enjoying it very much. Master Daniel is so kind and patient to teach even one on one. It's a place to learn a lot of technique about Taekwondo. I never thought in my right mind I would do such splits or high kicks. But hey, I am doing it! As a mother of two, I will recommend this to all my friends and family to join. It is a lot of fun. Thank you for your hard work. more

Mu Do Ma Rocks!!! 1/19/2011

My 18 months training at this center has Improved the physical fitness, attention span and stamina. Grand Master's training has brought best out of me, I feel energised throughout the day. This training center has combination of TaekwonDo, Yoga and other martial arts that would bring out best from anyone. more

Awesome Tae Kwon Do Studio! 1/18/2011

I highly recommend Mu Do Martial Arts! My daughter, Chloe, has been taking classes with Master Daniel for nearly 6 months and we couldn't be happier with the instruction she receives. She is showing improved focus and discipline in addition to learning the art of Tae Kwon Do. Master Daniel is very patient with the children while still having high expectations for them. Our family joined MuDo Martial Arts 4 years ago when we realized that watching TV together wasn't fulfilling our "family time" needs. We examined the various sports available in our area and assessed each using a criterion based on overall family interest, long and short term benefits, and estimated annual financial impact. ?Practice a martial art? won the number one spot on our list of potential sports. Superior Martial Arts Instruction 1/10/2011

We tried 4-5 different martial arts schools in Garland and surrounding cities, and finally found our permanent home at Mu Do Martial Arts. Great atmosphere, outstanding instruction, focus on good citizenship and behavioral improvement in kids, and excellent fundamentals make this the very best school for kids and adults. One reasonable price, attend as many days of classes per week as you can take. Master Park also has another do jang in Mesquite, so South Garlanders can enjoy either location. Master Park and Master Lee provide outstanding hands-on training. We're huge fans. more

Best Martial Arts school in Garland 1/7/2011

I've learn so much coming here and still learning! Master Park & Instructor Daniel are amazing teachers. Not only were learning how protect our self, we are also learning to respect our elders. Both of them are really good with kids and the kids really do like it. Honestly I think everybody sould give it a try! more

Great place in Garland for Martial arts 1/4/2011

My son Sudhanva started off here a few months ago. One of the biggest reasons why we started martial arts for my son was to be able to increase his "attention span" apart from the fact that this also increases his concentration, gives him the required physical activity!!! more

Great place to take your children 1/4/2011

We love Daniel, he is such a mature young man and the kids respect him right away. He is firm but fun and I could not ask for a better instructor for my son. Since starting here he is very focused and is so excited for the days that we have class. I love the flexible schedule - we will be going here for many years. more

This place is not just like anything its amazing its like huge space there but almost every tuesday lots of students come.More then 15 today at january day 4 2011.By the way there is not one big room theres 2 its a really great place for kids to learn so when they grew up they can protect themselves not to bully ppl or anyhting.They colud also protect their family and they could teach it back to anyone more

My kids loved this Martial arts place from day one 1/3/2011

I took my kids to two or three martial arts places and I didnt get the rection from them at any other one that I got at Mu Do Martial Arts. Great place for children! 12/19/2010

When I stopped by this martial arts, kungfu location in Garland you could feel the difference. The kindness of the instructors while teaching firm understandings of the values of this art was amazing. This location is far north dallas, but worth the drive if you are looking for a great kungfu and martiarts location for your children in Dallas more
