Helmet 7/20/2012

We came in to purchase a helmet for my son. Soon we were greeted by Linda. She was attentive and professional to me, but even more so to my son. After all, he was the reason why we were there. Parts counter personnel were also attentive to my needs. Parts ready for pickup a few days later as promised. A great business experience! more

I enjoy coming in to your shop. Liz is great at helping out with helmet fits and boots too. The parts guys get backed up pretty easy but that is the nature of technical sales, you gotta get the right part for the customer or they're not going to be happy. Please work on phone procedures, I have been inadvertently disconnected at least 3 times in the last year. Not a big deal but you lose sales that way. more

Good job 4/17/2012

Just wanted to thank Motorcity for great service, especially Keith in the parts department. When Honda sent unusable parts for my Valkyrie, he kept on top of the issue, and coordinated a resolution with them over several calls and weeks until it was correct. Thanks to him, I got my bike back together in time for the first passable riding days of the year. Thanks!! more
