Dr Matt is wonderful with children. Brayden had to get a shot to numb his tooth, Dr Matt just told him he was goning to rub his gum with some medicine. On the way home Brayden said ' I sure am glad I did not have to get a shot in my mouth'. Excellent! more

Makes one feel like they are being handled with the best of care possible. Office is willing to work with one to get appointments that will suit my schedule as well as theirs.Very nice people to deal with. more

Wonderful Service 12/23/2011

I had a very bad toothache. I called three other dental offices and was told that I couldn't get an appointment until the following week.I called Mortenson and explained how bad my tooth was hurting they were very nice and understanding and I was able to get an appointment the same day.The staff was very friendly. more

Pleasant people, long wait 11/25/2011

The staff is friendly, but reserve at least two hours for your appointment. However, while I was sitting in the waiting room, I overheard the staff calling several insurance companies trying to resolve billing disputes on behalf of the patient. Nice to know they will help with that instead of leaving it to the patient. more

I have a bad case of dentist-anxiety but the staff at Mortensen made me feel comfortable throughout my entire visit. The staff is super friendly, caring, and professional. I have recomended Mortensen to several people because of their excellent care and service. more

With a broken tooth and not having a local dentist, I was so grateful to get an appointment the day after calling. Then to have a temporary crown put on the in the same visit was much more than I expected. Everyone was so nice & made the experience as good as any visit to the dentist can be. Thanks so much for the excellent care. more
