Awesome service 4/27/2012

For our company, Seelyon Beach Rentals, Mike is always there to help whenever we need plants fixed right away. He pulls out all the stops for us and does everything we need so we're on the road again as quickly as possible. They're aboslutely awesome. People tell me that I could get it cheaper or shop around but we need it now and they come out right away. In the long run, the prices are pretty close to other places. more

Rip Off, Don't know what they're doing 4/17/2012

If it were within my power I would give them a zero star rating. Replaced compressor switch, time at house = 10 minutes, cost = $180. Refrigerator worked for one day then died again. My calls not returned so after 2 days went into store and spoke directly to them. Said I needed another part 7-10 days later came to my house and without replacing part said it was a bad compressor after all. No refund for the $80 part they put on or the $30 labor charge. A professional would have only charged the $65 house call and told me the first time what was wrong with it. They repair by trial and error--very unprofessional. I should have known this when I entered their showroom which has a cat wandering around in it and I am very allergic to cats. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Run--don't walk away from this business. Never called when they said they would. Didn't return calls. Didn't deliver when they said. Didn't act like they new what was happening with order. The man in the office is rude. How this place stays in business in beyond me. Pros: null Cons: null more

These guys are great! They have always provided me with superior service in a timely manner. Very professional and friendly as well. NOT PROFESSIONAL 11/30/2005

THIS COMPANY CREATES PROBLEMS AND SAYS THAT WHEN ONE THINGS NEEDS TO BE REPLACEWD IT DOES NOT. I DID A LITTLE INVESTICATIVE WORK BY LOOSENING A COUPLE PIPES AND CALLED DIFFERENT PLUMBERS TO COME AOUT AND GIVE ME ESTIMES OF THE REPAIRS THAT MAY NEED TO BE FIXED SO I COUILD FIND ONE WITH WHOM I CAN TRUST FOR A REAL EMERGENCY. WAS TOLD PLUBING HAD TO REDONE AS PIPES WERE OLDA AND NO GOOD. WOULD TAKE A WEEK TO FIX. DO NOT USE THESE PEWEOPLE. This business has several names! 6/14/2005

These guys came to my house and create problems where there are none, something I wasn't aware of until they had already bilked me out of a lot of money. I do not reccomend them. They are also operating under Mid Coast Plumbing. Changing a faucet stem in my bathtub - they declared they'd have to rip out the whole tub and redo all the piping from start to finish.
