A Great Doctor 3/3/2012

Dr Moore has helped me since 1997. He is very understanding and compassionate. He has ALWAYS taken the time to listen and act accordingly to my needs. He did a radio-frequency procedure on my back that provided instant relief which 2 back surgeries did not. Definitely recommend Dr Moore! more

Personable, Intelligent, Humanitarian 8/15/2011

I've been seeing Dr. Moore for a number of years now. He is the third pain specialist I've seen since my back surgery in 1998, and he's hands-down the best. He listens to what I have to say and discusses treatment options with me (I am very proactive in being involved in my treatment strategies). His staff -- especially Tracy -- is friendly and cooperative. I have never had any billing issues that could be blamed on Dr. Moore's office. I also think Dr. Moore is a very fine man. He has made medical mission trips to Haiti and Ethiopia (probably others too). It surprises me to read a review citing ""lack of professionalism"" on the part of Dr. Moore elsewhere here. He has always personified professionalism in his dealings with me. more

As with most people, my health is one of the number one concerns. If you agree with this statement, PLEASE DO NOT GO SEE MR. MOORE! He's not qualified enough to use the word doctor! He lacks any concern for his patients or their problems. He just wants an insurance number he can bill! He needs to be investigated by the state, with which I will file a complaint. If you're even remotely thinking about seeing Moore, THINK AGAIN! It will save you a lot of hassles and time! more

Billing Issue 9/19/2010

I have no problem with the service I receive from the doctor and his nurses. The give me a prescription for pain medicine that works.\r \r The problem I have is as follows: I received a copy of a bill indicating that I wasn't insured with the company. I immediately called your office telling her that she had filed with an incorrect insurance company. I told her that I have had the same insurance since the first of the year. I don't know why they would change the name of my insurance company 'midstream'. She said she would file with my correct insurance company. That was 2 weeks ago. I received another letter from the insurance company saying I wasn't insured. They filed with an incorrect insurance company not my correct insurance company (United Healthcare Insurance/State Health Benefit Plan). I tired to call last Friday around 4 p.m. but they were closed for the weekend. I sure hope they would resolve this problem. I gave them my new insurance card the first of the year as required. more
