Be on the watch for unprofessional staff. Also be prepared to stay your full lease or pay 2.5 months rent ""administrative fee"". Also be prepared on the completion of your lease once you go ""month to month"" to give between 60-89 days notice to vacate. You are responsible for the last months rent even if you vacate on the 2nd and that rent will not be refunded unless the rent out your Apartment. So the day you find out you got to move better be on the 30th other wise you need to put your 60 days in the next 30th. The walls are paper thin and the a/c often breaks. Roaches come into the APT through the plumbing...(Dishwasher, sinks, etc...) Military personnel do not believe any oral promises you are given. Unless you're on orders you cannot move without the 60-89 days notice after completion of your lease. Prior to end of lease forget about it. This experience was the most terrible I have ever had. I am working to get this place blacklisted so that other military personnel will not suffer as I have. more

I have lived at Montego Bay for over a year. I have never had any crime issues, in fact I really feel at home there. They are one of the nicest properties in the area. Everything else I looked at in the area was not as clean and well maintained. My repair requests have been completed very timely. New manager has been doing a lot of projects around the community to enhance comfortable living for all the residents. The location of these apartments is right between two high crime areas. The apartments themselves are nice (they have washers and dryers inside each unit, which is a plus), but the location is terrible and the sidewalks are uneven (this has caused plenty of injuries. BEWARE!) They really are not worth the price per month. I rate these apartments as Satisfactory (because of the washer and dryers), but I suggest you take your money and rent a house. more
