When I called, the person who answered the phone was as rude as can be. Even hung up on me as soon as he answered my question, no follow-up or good-bye. But the guy who delivered was very nice and my meatball sub was freakishly delicious and huge! I only ate half of it, had to save the rest for dinner. It's definitely good food. I'd order again, just wouldn't recommend calling for whatever reason...
