I have been going to Mo River Tire Company for service for nearly 30 years. I know Dennis well. He's a good man. When I make an appointment, they set me up and get the work done quickly. He will charge me what I think is a fair price, and let's just say my credit is good there. They used to be right near me, but moved after the flood in the early '90s. I now drive 15 miles out of my way to use them.
In all the years I've been going to Mo River, there's only been one issue I can think of. Way back, they were using a type of fuel filter with a gasket that would work loose and leak oil. This wasn't Dennis' fault, as he had no idea of the defect, but when I told him he threw all the bad ones out and started using a different brand. Other than that, everything has been great. And like I said, he fixed the problem.
I will continue to make the extra trip to use Mo River.
